SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer can not be hold responsible for the damage.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  • Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
  • Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
  • Make sure you place a heat resistance coating under the appliance in order to prevent traces due to heat and grease stains on your table.
  • Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
  • When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only temporary and will disappear soon.

USE

Use buffet warmer

  • Place the metal frame on the rechaud and place the pans in the metal frame.

  • Turn the thermostat clockwise for the desired position. The thermostat regulates a constant temperature. The red light turns on, if the temperature is reached the light turns off. During use, the light turns on and off, this is normal, the pre-set temperature is constantly adjusted.
    Food may be held hot in the buffet warmer up to 6 hours, if the food is kept warm longer, it will dry out and lose its original taste.
    Use rechaud

  • Allow to cool completely. Remove the metal frame and the pans from the base. To heat up, place a heat-resistant bowl of food on the base, the food can be kept warm for 3 hours, if the food is kept warm longer, it will dry out and lose its original taste.

  • Attention! The rechaud is very hot.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe appliance surfaces. Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit.
  • The components are suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher.
