Product Usage Instructions

Charging:

To charge the XYZ Product, follow these steps:

  1. Connect the provided charging cable to the product’s charging port.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into a power source.
  3. The product will start charging automatically. The battery icon on the display will indicate the charging progress.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable from both the product and the power source.

Power On/Off:

To power on/off the XYZ Product, use the following steps:

  1. To power on, press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the screen lights up.
  2. To power off, press and hold the power button until a menu appears on the screen. Select “Power Off” and confirm.

Using the Display:

The XYZ Product features a high-resolution display for optimal viewing experience. To interact with the display, follow these instructions:

  • To unlock the device, swipe up or enter your  PIN/Pattern/Fingerprint as prompted.
  • To navigate through menus and options, swipe left, right, up,or down on the screen.
  • To select an item, tap it once with your finger.
  • To go back or return to a previous screen, use the back button located at the bottom of the display.

Safety instructions

  • Never disassemble the Bluetooth® Speaker in an attempt to make any repairs as this could result in electrical shock, burns or product failure.
  • Use extra caution when using the Bluetooth® Speaker around children.
  • Do not use the speaker in extremely high or low temperatures.
  • The product is not waterproof, do not use it around or in water.
  • The product is not covered under warranty when the product has metal rust, surface spalling, and any other natural oxidation.
  • Damage, shock, and/or injury can occur if these warnings are not heeded properly.

Pairing

  1. Click the Power switch on the on the speaker to the ON position, to power up the speaker and enter pairing mode (the default mode.) The LED indicator light will blink while in pairing mode. You will hear a voice prompt that the speaker is ready for pairing.
  2. On your Bluetooth® enabled smartphone, tablet or media player, navigate to the Bluetooth® setting menu, turn on the Bluetooth® feature,and search for new devices.
  3. Search for “BC-BS-108” on the pairing device.
  4. Tap this model to select it and successfully pair it with the speaker.The speaker will beep. You are now paired, connected and ready to play music.

Auxiliary Line-in (AUX-IN)

  1. For other compatible music player devices or MP3/MP4 players, please use the auxiliary audio line cable (not included) to connect from your external device’s “LINE OUT” jack to the “AUX-IN” jack of this speaker;
  2. Press the “MODE” button to switch to the AUX-IN;
  3. While using an external device, all functions will be controlled by the external device except for the PLAY/PAUSE button.

USB Flash Drives & TF Cards
The speaker can play MP3 files. Inserting a USB flash drive or TF card will automatically switch the speaker mode to play from that device.
Charging

  • Connect the small end of the Micro USB charging cable (included) to the Micro USB port located on the back of the speaker. Connect the larger end of the cable to your computer’s USB port or an AC adaptor (not included);
  • The LED indicator will pulsate while charging, and stop pulsating whenspeaker is fully charged.

Lamp Functions

  1. Once the speaker is powered up, touch the speaker grill once (on the top of the device), and the LED lamp light will be turned to white color;
  2. Continuing to tap the grill will increase the brightness of the white LED lamp light. There are 3 levels of brightness, followed by the LED lamp light being turned off;
  3. To change the color of the LED lamp light, press and hold the grill 3 seconds, and the LED lamp light will be changed to red. Every subsequent press will cycle through 7 vibrant LED lamp light colors: Red, Green, Blue, Light Green, Light Blue, Purple, and Multi-Color modes. In multi-color mode, the speaker will automatically transition between colors by itself. To return to the white LED lamp light, press and hold the grill for 3 seconds.

After playback starts, you can control the music with your connected device or the buttons of the Bluetooth® speaker:

  • Press the Play/Pause button once to answer/end calls. Press either of the volume buttons to adjust the volume on the speaker;
  • Note: Volume on your device and on the speaker are controlled separately. All audio, including music, games, videos, and notifications will be routed through the speaker. In addition, on-speaker controls only when connected via Bluetooth®, and will not work when your device is connected via AUX cable.
