Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure the induction hob is properly installed and connected to a power supply voltage of 220-240V.
- Place the appropriate-sized cookware on the desired zone. The hob surface will not heat up, only the cookware will be heated during induction cooking.
- To turn on the hob, touch and slide the controls for the desired zone. The power level can be adjusted by sliding your finger up or down.
- If needed, activate the PowerBoost feature by touching the PowerBoost icon on the control panel. This will provide very high heat for tasks like boiling water quickly.
- For specialized cooking tasks like searing meat or melting chocolate, use the GentleHeat and PowerBoost features as required.
- Use the integrated timer to keep track of cooking time. Set the desired time by using the minute timer function.
- After cooking, wipe the ceramic hob surface with a damp cloth to remove any spills or food residue. The cool surface prevents baked-on spills, making cleaning easier.
