FAQ

  1. The button is not working? ED Check to see if there is water on the touch control button. If there is, wipe it dry and try again. ® Using the App, you can set a child lock for the control button. When the child lock is on, lock the button on the device will not respond while being pressed. You can check if the child is on or off by using the App.
  2. How to use tracking light mode? In the App, go to the main page for your device. After choosing white light mode, you can turn the tracking light mode on or off. Once tracking light mode is turned on, the device will automatically adjust the tone and brightness of light in the tank based on the time and the seasons of the location where you are using the tank, simulating changes in the natural environment, and simplifying user operations. In the device settings page of app, enter the device location page to update the device location. After updating the device location, the configuration of the tracking light mode will be automatically updated.
  3. The water turned murky on the second or third day after adding in fish. Reasons for murky water and how to fix the problem: CD The reason the water in the tank turns murky on the second or third day is that the nitration system has not been established yet. When there is no fish, there will be no dirty things in the tank, so the water is clear. When there are fish, microbes are introduced as well, and those affect the quality of the water. At this point, the nitration system has not yet started taking effect. This is a necessary step when first adding fish into the tank. ® Users can change 3/4 of the water in the tank on the third day of murky water or introduce nitrifying bacteria to quickly establish the nitration system in the tank. ® Over longer periods of use, users should check to see if the filter sponge is in need of cleaning once a week, and replace or clean the filter sponge according to its dirty degree. ® Every two weeks, check to see if the water is becoming murky, and if it is, to choose whether to change water.
