Thank you for buying the Forever brand product. Before use, read this instruction manual and keep it for future reference. Do not open the device on your own – any repairs should be carried out by a serviceman. Only use original parts and accessories supplied by the manufacturer. The device should not be exposed to direct sunlight, fire or other heat sources. We hope that Forever will meet your expectations.

IMPORTANT! The device requires installation of a SIM card with an active call making/answering service, with no PIN lock. It is recommended to deactivate voicemail. When sending information regarding location, the watch will require access to mobile Internet, therefore, you should buy at least 1 GB package. Use of the watch may be associated with fees for using the network and calls, in accordance with the operator’s tariff.

Description Instructions

SIM card installation: Before inserting or removing the SIM card, always ensure that the watch is turned off. Never insert or remove SIM card when the watch is turned on. Open the back flap of the watch by carefully levering its upper part and sides until the latches are disengaged. Then, remove the battery, paying attention not to damage the battery cables. Remember its positioning. Open the protection of the micro SIM card by carefully moving it to the right, and then insert the SIM card into the slot, so that the chip of the SIM card is facing up towards the screen of the watch. Then, close the protection by moving it to the left. Place the battery in the watch in its original position, and then close the back flap by engaging the latches.

Charging: Open the plug protecting the micro USB port, and then connect the micro USB cable included in set. Next, plug the cable in the power source. The charging animation will be displayed on the screen.

Forever KidsCare / Forever Care application installation: Download the “Forever Care” application for iOS or “Forever KidsCare” for Android and install it on your phone.

Account and watch registration in the application: In the registration window, enter or scan the watch code (REG CODE) located on the package bottom and by the watch. Proper disposal of used equipment

In accordance with EU Directive 2006/66/EC, as amended by Directive 2013/56/EU on the disposal of batteries, this product is marked with a crossed-out garbage container symbol. This symbol means that the batteries used in this product should not be disposed of with ordinary household waste, but handled in accordance with the directive and local regulations. Do not dispose of batteries with unsorted municipal waste. Battery users must use available collection network for these items, that allows for their return, recycling and disposal. Within the EU, the collection and recycling of batteries is governed by separate procedures. To learn more about existing battery recycling procedures in your area, contact your city hall, waste management agency or landfill.
