- The regulator seal is a clear gasket installed in the regulator inlet connection (where it attaches to the CO2 cylinder).
- Inspect the regulator seal whenever the CO2 cylinder is replaced.
- If damaged or missing, replace the regulator seal by following these instructions. A new seal is supplied clipped to the regulator, and with new CO2 cylinders.
- Refer to the gas cylinder or MSDS for a complete list of warnings.

Remove the regulator from the cylinder.
The seal is located within the regulator inlet. -
Use the hook tool to pierce the old seal, close to the outer edge.
Push it towards the centre and lift, to release it from the retaining groove. Lever out the old seal and discard. -
Use your thumb and forefinger to gently bend the new seal. Insert the edge of the seal into the retaining groove inside the regulator inlet. Use a flat screwdriver (not supplied) to press the seal in place within the retaining groove.

Ensure the regulator is CLOSED.
Using your hands only, tightly screw the regulator onto the new CO2 cylinder.
Caution : Keep clear of escaping gas when installing the regulator!
Check the connection for leaks using soapy water. If bubbles or foam form,
repair the connection and test again.
