Setting Up

Cell Battery

 Insert 8 x “C” cell batteries to the clear sleeve as + – mark, then load the whole sleeve to megaphone

Lithium Battery

make sure indicator light is upward

DC 12V Car Charger(NOT INCLUDED)

The megaphone can be powered by an external 12Vdc source (such as car battery) connected via a 2.1mm DC jack located between the pistol grip and rear cover hinge (a lead is used for connection to a car cigar lighter socket).

Voice Amplification

The microphone can be used as a handheld device ,or attached to the mic holder for one-handed operation.

  1. Make sure the selector is in the MIC position
  2. For intermittent use : press the TRIGGER CONTROL to active the microphone.
  3. For constant voice amplification :Switch the ON button on the microphone.
  4. Gradually adjust the volume control roller to the desired output volume.
Using the Siren function
  1. Make sure the selector is in the MIC position
  2. Press the Siren button on the microphone.
Using the Record function
  1. Make sure the selector is in the MIC position.
  2. Press the REC button on the microphone and speak towards to the microphone.
  3. To end the Record ,press back the REC button.
Using the Play function
  1. Press the play button on the microphone and play the record.
Using the MP3 Player

1. Playing music or audio.

(1) Make sure the selector is in the SD/USB position.
(2) SD/MMC CARD & USB: Insert a memory card into the SD/MMC card slot ,or insert a flash drive into the USB port. The audio will automatically begin playing.
(3) AUX INPUT: If using a mobile device ,connect it to the Aux input jack with a mini-plug connector. Play and control the audio from the device.
(4) Bluetooth: Press M button to switch Bluetooth function, voice prompt “Bluetooth mode”.

2. MP3 player operation

Play/Pause Pauses and resumes playing the MP3
/ V- Short press: skip to previous track

Long press : decrease volume
/ V+| Short press: skip to next track
Long press: increase volume
M (Recall MARK)| Short press: selects between SD card ,USB, Aux inputs and Bluetooth function

Warning
  1. Remove the battery when the megaphone is not in use fora long time.
  2. Replace cells or charge the battery when sound volume Is not loud enough.
  3. Reduce the volumn to min when testing and do not toward directly to a person’s ear.
