LEZYNE 73455 LED Lights
READ ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE OPERATION
to ensure proper use and care of your new Lezyne LED light. Traffic laws
mandating lighting vary from country to country. Inform yourself about
lighting laws and regulations in the country of use.
Warning
DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE LIGHT BEAM
or shine into the eyes of another person: Lezyne LED Lights have a water
resistance rating of IPX7 under IC standard 60529. Submerging the device is
not recommended. If moisture does enter the casing, air out until completely
dry.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ELECTRONICS
Doing so will void the warranty. Lezyne USA, Inc. does not accept any
liability for injuries or other damages resulting from the improper use or
improper installation of this product under any circumstances.
Warranty
In the U.S. and U.K., Lezyne LED purchase date to the original any manufacturing defects including normal wear and electronics, damage (2) year warranty from the original is required). Mounting
The headlamp must be fixed in such a way that the headlamp can not adjust itself or be easily adjusted. The required torque for adjustment must be at least 5 Nm after fixing. If, at the mounting position, these requirements can not be met, the adhesion at the point of attachment must be increased by external means (e.g. use an adhesive spray or roughen the surface).
Direct X-lock Stem Mount (Loaded only)
Apply friction paste (Loaded only)
Use the supplied friction paste and apply a thin layer on both sides of the
adapter surface where it contacts the mount, for improved stability.
Remote Switch
Use the supplied O-ring to attach the Remote Switch to the handlebar. The rubber pad must be in contact with the surface of the bar. Plug the Remote Switch cable into the rear micro-USB port. The Remote Switch button will now operate the light the same way as the button on the light. High beam mode: Remote Switch button Illuminates solid blue.
The light must be mounted at a height between 400 mm and 1200 mm from the
ground
Important: Ensure that the light is not obstructed or covered by any
other parts or accessories on the bike
Operation
MODE MEMORY : The light remains in the output setting it is switched OFF.
NOTE: Use a Remote Switch to control the light in any situation while
riding.
Run Times and Modes
Battery Indicator
An LED, located in the button displays the current battery status while the
light is ON. When the light is OFF, click the button once to momentarily
display the battery status. If the battery indicator turns red, please charge
the battery immediately.
Charging
Before using your Leyne LED Light for the first time, fully charge the
battery.
To charge your light:
- Switch light OFF
- Remove the USB protective cover
- Insert USB plug into powered USB port
- Once charging, the button will flash green
- If the button does not flash when plugged in, the selected USB port may not be powered- try another USB port. Charging may take up to 5 or 6 hours depending on battery level.
- Light is fully charged when the button turns solid green or blue.
- Remove the light from the charger and reinstall the USB protective cover- ensure the USB protective cover is fully sealed for best water resistance.
