Important Instructions
IMPORTANT: Read the Instructions before using the appliance.
Keep these instructions for future reference.

INFORMATION FOR USE

Never leave the appliance unattended when lit.

Do not use metal cooking utensils on the non-stick grill.

This cooker is designed to accommodate pans between 10 cm and 22 cm (Diam.). Do not
-
use smaller or larger pans. Do not use pots or pans on the grill. The grill is to be used for grilling food only. It is not designed for cooking with pans or pots as this may damage the non-stick coating and/or cause combustion problems.

Do not use an appliance which is leaking, damaged or which does not operate properly.

The appliance shall be operated on a horizontal surface

Do not place it on any combustible materials.

Always disconnect the gas cylinder from the appliance when not in use.

The appliance shall be used away from flammable materials with minimum distances as shown below
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
Open the lid by releasing the catches and take out the gas inlet connection and the grill pan. Push both locking hinges into lock position to secure the lid. The lid can now be used as a wind shield. Place the grill pan (8) under the non-stick grill.
You will need a regulator for 30 & 28-30/37 mbar and a hose (not included). Ask your LPG dealer for advice.
- a) If your hose has an internal diameter of 8 mm, push the hose over the first ribbed half of the removable hose stud. Thread the hose and stud onto the gas inlet connection (4).
- b) If your hose has an internal diameter of 10/11 mm, push the hose all the way over the ripped part of the removable hose stud. Thread the hose and stud onto the gas inlet connection (4).
- c) If your hose is equipped with a ¼ “ left hand thread, thread the hose directly onto the gas inlet connection (4).
The hose should be threaded hand tight plus ¼ of a turn.
Ensure that all control knobs are in the off position.

Attach the regulator to a suitable gas cylinder.

Check for leaks at all joints using soapy water. NEVER USE A NAKED FLAME TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.

How to light the stove burners (2):
Turn the relevant control knob to maximum and push the piezo ignition button (7). Once the burner is lit adjust the flame to suit. If the burner does not light after 2-3 attempts turn off the gas . Hold a lit match or a lighter very close to the burner and slowly open the gas . -
How to light the grill burner (3): Hold a lit match or a lighter very close to the burner. Slowly open the gas.

To turn the flame down, turn the control knob towards the small flame. To turn the flame up, turn the control knob towards the big flame. To turn your appliance off, turn the control knob towards OFF.
WARNING: Turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder after use
INFORMATION FOR STORAGE
Disconnect the gas cylinder before you store the appliance away. Keep both the appliance and cylinder in a dry place safe from dust and dirt, and away from heat and direct sunlight.
CHANGING THE GAS CYLINDER
- Turn off the unit completely. Be careful the gas cylinder could be hot.
- The gas cylinder shall be changed in a well-ventilated location, preferably outside, away from any sources of ignition, such as naked flames, pilots, electric fires and away from other people.
- Check the seals before connecting a new gas cylinder to the appliance. Follow the manuals of the gas cylinder and gas regulator.
- To ensure a safe connection of a new gas cylinder to your appliance please read the section ‘ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION’.
- If there is a leak on your appliance (smell of gas), turn off the gas supply and take it outside immediately into a well-ventilated flame free location where the leak may be detected and stopped. If you wish to check for leaks on your appliance, do it outside. Do not try to detect leaks using a flame, use soapy water.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Check the good operation of the gas cylinder connection/disconnection system.
- Visually check the general condition of the appliance and clean it if necessary.
- Visually inspect that the venturis are not blocked by debris. Clean if necessary.
- Ensure the appliance is cool before cleaning
- To avoid scratching your non-stick grill do not use metal utensils to clean it.
- Use a non-abrasive detergent and cloth to clean the outer casing and cooker top. The pan support and griddle can be removed for easier cleaning. Avoid clogging the burner ports. Dry immediately.
- If the burner ports become clogged, do not use a metal object to clear them.
- If you suspect a gas leak or malfunction, stop using immediately, extinguish and disconnect from the gas cylinder.
- Check for leaks at all joints using soapy water. NEVER USE A NAKED FLAME TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.
- If gas pressure drops or the gas will not light, check if there is gas left in the cylinder. If there is gas left in the cylinder the jet nozzle on the appliance might be blocked.
- If you are not able to rectify any fault following the abovementioned instructions, contact the dealer or Outwell Customer Service (contact details below). WARNING: Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous.
