TDRFORCE 540E Marine Water Pressure Pump
Product Information
The RV/Marine Water Pressure Pump is a high-quality water pump designed for use in RVs and marine applications. It is available in four different models: 540E, 530E, 540F, and 530F. The pump operates on either 110V AC or 12V DC power and is equipped with 4 chambers. It has a maximum pressure of 75 PSI (5.1 BAR) for the 540E model and 70 PSI (4.8 BAR) for the 530E model. The flow rate is 5.5 GPM for the 540E model and 5 GPM for the 530E model. The pump has a maximum H-MAX (maximum head height) of 170 feet for the 540E model and 157 feet for the 530E model. It operates at a speed of 2400rpm for the 540E model and 2300rpm for the 530E model. The power consumption ranges from 105W to 180W depending on the model. The pump is certified with CE certification and has a motor life of more than 1500 hours. It is designed to work continuously for up to 40 minutes.
Product Usage Instructions
- The pump should be installed under proper electrical protection.
- The pump should be installed with minimized flow restrictions in the system.
- Make sure the power cord is accurately plugged in.
- If the motor does not start, check for false electric connections, low inlet water pressure, or unstable operating voltage. Ensure that the power source is in accordance with the instructions.
- If no water is pumped even when the motor is running, check fo rblockages in the pump or motor or a bent or attached water inlet pipe. Unblock the pipeline and remove any blockages.
- Avoid using the water pump to pump corrosive liquids.
- If the pump starts and stops frequently, adjust the pressure screw clockwise to increase the pressure or counterclockwise to release the pressure. Check for any leakage on the outlet plumbing and fix it.
- If the pump suddenly quits working, check for overheat protection or a burned-out motor. Restart the pump once it has cooled down or dispose of it if necessary.
- If the pump vibrates and operates noisily, check for air in the water inlet pipe or a broken diaphragm. Fix any inlet leakage and make sure the pipes are firmly connected. Dispose of the pump if the diaphragm is broken.
- If there is leakage in the pump head, check if the bypass switch is loose or if the pump pressure setting is too high. Tighten the screw or adjust the pressure switch accordingly. Dispose of the pump if the pump head is damaged.
- If the pressure switch burns out frequently, consult a professional for repair or replacement.
Cautions
- After unpacking the pump, please check if it has been damaged during transport. If so, please contact TDRFORCE online services at the first time.
- Make sure that the main voltage corresponds to the voltage specified on the instruction manual.
- The motor must be absolutely grounded before any other operation.
- Do not submit the pump body to mechanical stress.
- The pump must be sheltered from weather ( sun- rain- wind- snow- chill).
- The pump could be only used in fresh water circulating.
- The pump should be installed on a solid surface.
- The pump should be connected to proper sized wiring.
- The pump should be installed under proper electrical protection.
- The pump should be installed in minimized flow restrictions in the system.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The patent has been designed for delivering smooth and consistent flow at all
ranges of operation while drawing low current. The balanced motor design
incorporates with precision ball bearings for long life, and is equipped with
an integral thermal breaker. Full corrosion-resistant shell and environmental
thermoplastic construction ensure less prone to mechanical failure. What’s
more, the submersible pump impeller blade features highly corrosion-resistant
impeller that automatically adjusts to speed and fluid viscosity to ensure
long service life.
Tips: The manufacturer will do test for every single product, for which a small amount of water may remain in the pump. This does not mean that the pump has been used.
