DUNE 4WD Single Zone and Dual Zone Fridge Freezer
Introduction
This quick guide will show you how to download and operate the Dune 4WD Fridge/Freezer app.
Your Dune 4WD Fridge/Freezer comes with an app to control settings, monitor
your device, view product information and get help.
The app consists of three pages: controls, advanced and help.
With the Dune 4WD Fridge/Freezer app, you can:
- Set and monitor the temperature
- Turn device on/off
- Adjust battery protection level and compressor mode
- View voltage supplied to fridge
- Access the troubleshooting guide and product manual
- Select active zones (Dual-zone only)
- Name your device
- … and more!
Getting Started
Download the app
To download and install the app, scan the QR code below. Alternatively, open
Google Play or App Store and Search ‘Dune 4WD Fridge/Freezer’.

Open the App
Once installed, locate the app on your device and tap to open.
Pair your device
Find your device from the list and click ‘connect’. Ensure you are in range of
device.
Controls
NOTE: If a fault is detected, click on the message to view the error codes and troubleshooting guide.
Advanced
Battery Protection
The battery protection page allows you to select battery protection level,
review voltage cutoff/restart for each level, and learn more about this
feature. Tap on a protection level, then press back to return.
NOTE: This is the actual voltage input to your fridge, including the real output from your power source and voltage drop due to the power cable and any equipment between your fridge and the power source.
Help
Tips and Tricks
- If the fridge experiences a fault, an error message will appear on the ‘Controls’ page. Click on the error message to view the error code and troubleshooting guide. Follow instructions to troubleshoot your fridge. If you are still experiencing difficulties, contact your local Anaconda store for assistance.
- The fridge is always discoverable, you do not need to activate Bluetooth on your fridge.
- The fridge can only be paired to one device at a time.
- Holding SET + POWER buttons on your fridge control panel will perform a hard reset on the Bluetooth connection, forcing the fridge to un-pair from a paired smartphone.
- If you are experiencing difficulties with the app, ensure that it is up to date and that you are in range of your fridge.
