Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

GENERAL SAfETy INSTRUCTIONS

  • The appliance is designed only for household use and similar applications (preparing food)! It is not designed for commercial use and for use in facilities such as kitchenettes for staff in shops, offi ces or farms, or in other work environments. The appliance is not intended for use
    by clients in hotels, motels, B&B facilities and other accommodation facilities.

  • Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.

  • When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.

  • Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).

  • To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.

  • Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.

  • Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician.
    To avoid exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.

  • Pay careful attention to the following “Special Safety Instructions for this unit“.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS fOR THIS UNIT

  • The blades are very sharp! Handle with care.
  • Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, and cleaning.
  • Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.
  • Don’t let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
  • Never use a damaged appliance. If it has been damaged, please get it to the approved service center, checked or repaired.
  • Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch a hot surface.
  • Remove the blade emptying the bowl/jug.
  • Don’t plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug before disassembling the appliance or handling the blade.
  • The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.
  • Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
  • Short-time operating. Use the appliance for no longer than 2 minutes, and don’t operate hard food for any longer than 30 seconds.
  • This product can be used by children at the age of 8 years and older and people with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or if they were instructed regarding use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand possible risks. Children must not play with the appliance. User cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children if they are younger than 8 years and unsupervised. Children younger than 8 years must be kept out of reach of the appliance and its power cord.
  • Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
  • Don’t let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
  • Don’t place the appliance in the hot ingredients.
  • Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  • It shall warn of potential injury from misuse
  • They shall state that care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.
  • Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending / away from the cutting blade while chopping food to prevent the possibility of severe injury to persons or damage to the unit. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the unit is not running.

INSTRUCTION fOR USE

Setting the variable speed
When activating variable speed control, the processing speed is corresponding to the speed knob setting. The maximum is the setting, the faster is the chopping results. For start press switch I.

Accessory instalation
Connect the unit to the respective adapter by placing the unit alongside the adapter and gently pushing the unit in. To remove the unit, press and hold the release button on the motor part. Hold the adapter in one hand and remove the engine unit with the other hand.

How to use the hand blender
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes. Fig.1.

  1. The steps to install the blender stick are described in “Accessory Installation“.
  2. Introduce the hand blender in the measuring bowl. Then press the control switch level I or the switch level II (turbo).
  3. You can use the hand blender in the measuring bowl and just as well in any other vessel. When blending directly in the saucepan while cooking take hand blender from overheating.
  4. Turn the blender stick off the motor unit after use.

How to use the double beaters
By means of using the beaters accessories, you can easily make preparations such as you can easily make the preparations such as mayonnaise, mixing whipping cream, beating egg whites, and ready-mix desserts.

  1. Mount the beater accessories firstly by pushing until it fits well in its place in order to use the beater accessories, Fig.2.
  2. Turn the beater adapter to the motor block to mount without tightening too much.
  3. Plunge your hand blender in an upright position into the mixing vessel or a deep raw vessel in which you previously placed the materials, take the speed adjustment to the desired stage, and connect it to the outlet. Press the operation button and turn the materials with up-down and circular movements.
  4. After every use, Always dismantle the beater wires from the beater adapter and wash them with the detergent water. It will be enough for you to wipe the adapter with a damp cloth. Excessive water may enter in the appliance and may cause it to be damaged.

WARNING:

  • Always operate your hand blender in the upright position.
  • Never operate the appliance in an empty vessel or outdoors.
  • Do not press your appliance on the material hardly.
  • Do not operate the beaters accessories for more than 3 minutes at one-time

How to use the small bowl

  • Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
  • Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains. Before chopping…
  1. Carefully place the blade onto the central spindle in the bowl, holding it by the plastic part.
    Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part, Fig.3.

  2. Put the foodstuffs into the bowl .never fill the bowl above the maximum limit indicated.

  3. Place the inner lid into the bowl and then put the lid in place,making sure that the lid drive system is properly positioned on the blade ,put the motor unit in place on the lid .

  4. To dismantle the appliance after use, remove the motor unit from the lid, lift off the lid and the inner lid, then carefully remove the food before lifting off the blade, holding it at the top ..Choose switch I to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the

  5. motor unit with on hand and the chopper bowl in the other.

  6. After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.

  7. Don’t operate hard food for any longer than 10 seconds.

  8. Don’t operate food without water for 5 seconds.

  9. When you are operating, you should use low gear.

How to use the slicing/Grating
For preparing a maximum of 500g of foodstuffs at once (no meat)
Blade Slicing: potatoes for gratins dauphinoise, carrots, cucumbers, etc
Blade Grating: grated carrots, gruyere cheese, celery.

  1. Slide the blade “S” into the blade–holder disc. place the spindle drive onto the spindle in the middle of the bowl, then the blade–holder disc onto the spindle drive, and then the blender lid adaptor on the lid, Fig.4.
  2. Position and lock the lid.
  3. Put the motor unit in place on the adaptor then start the appliance.
  4. Put the foodstuffs into the feeder tube and guide them using the pusher , never your fingers, or a utensil.

How to use the “S” blade

  • Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
  • Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans, and grains.

Before chopping…

  1. Carefully place the blade onto the central spindle in the bowl, holding it by the plastic part.
    Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.

  2. Put the foodstuffs into the bowl .never fill the bowl above the maximum limit indicated.

  3. Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade and lock the bowl.
    Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base. Operation of the direction, please see the figure as show Fig.5.

  4. Place the food in the chopper bowl.

  5. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.

  6. Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.

  7. Choose switch to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit on hand and the chopper bowl the other.

  8. After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.

  9. Then remove the chopping bowl lid. carefully take out the blade.

  10. Don’t operate hard food for any longer than 10 seconds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.
  • Remove the accessories before washing them in soap water. Do not clean the plastic materials with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will be damage the finish.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit and parts e, F, and R in water or any other liquid. Do not place them in the dishwasher.
  • Cleaning the motor unit, parts e, F, and R only with a damp cloth only.
  • All other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, after processing very salty food, you should rise the blades right away.
  • When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may become discolored.

The device is not working

  • Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
  • Check the positions of the switches.
  • Check the positions of the accessories.
