5mm Allen Wrench
10mm Open-End Wrench
Loctite 248 (blue)
- BEFORE BEGINNING WORK, READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS FROM START TO FINISH.
- PLACE BIKE ON CENTER STAND ON LEVEL GROUND.
- MUDSLING CAN BE INSTALLED WITHOUT REMOVING THE REAR WHEEL.
- NOTE: SOME PHOTOS ARE SHOWN WITH REAR TIRE REMOVED FOR CLARITY.
Installation Guide

Arrow indicates threaded stud for installation of Coupling Hex Nut.

Apply a small amount of Loc Tate 248 to threaded stud. Install Coupling Hex Nut. Secure with a 10mm Open-End Wrench. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN

Hold the MudSling next to the bike in the direction of installation. Care Instructions:
Clean with soap and water. Use Armor-All to restore appearance. -
Place MudSling above rear tire and under the existing fender. Locate the MudSling wings against the registration point (welded feature on frame).

Apply a small amount of Loc Tate 248 to the M6 Screw. Hold the MudSling in position and thread screw into the Coupling Nut finger-tight.

Install zip ties upward from the bottom through the slots, and around the frame.

After pulling the zip ties as tightly as possible by hand, use pliers to tighten zip ties fully.

Cut off excess zip tie length with a side cutter for best appearance.

Using 5mm Allen Wrench, tighten the M6 Screw. You can adjust clearance between tire and swingarm with the screw, if needed. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
