Product Information
The product is a catch can designed for the 2015+ Hellcat 6.2L engine. It is manufactured by CORSA Performance and its part number is CC0006.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation process, review the enclosed instructions.

- Ensure that the engine bay is cool before working on it.
- The installation difficulty is recommended to be performed by a qualified service center or professional installer. However, if you decide to install it yourself, consider having an additional person to assist.
- Do not work on a hot engine bay. Allow time for the vehicle to cool.
- The warranty does not cover damage or defects in the finish of the product, misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations or modifications, faulty installation, installation contrary to CORSA instructions, or repairs by unauthorized service facilities.

Hardware Kit
- 1 x 3/8 NPT Barbed Elbow Fitting
- 2 x Catch Can Body
- 1 x Bracket
- 2 x 5/8 Quick Disconnect Elbow Fittings
- 3 x 4mm Hex Screws
- 1 x M10 Flange Nut
- 2 x 5/8 Hose A (not pictured)
- 2 x 5/8 Hose B (not pictured)
Removal Instructions
- Remove the passenger side engine cover by releasing it from the press fit tabs.
- Locate the PCV line on the passenger side of the engine and remove it by pressing the tabs on the quick disconnect fittings.
Installation Instructions
CORSA CATCH CAN SYSTEM
- Install the 3/8 NPT fittings to the catch can. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape on barbed fittings and bottom drain plug to prevent leaks.
- Attach the catch can to the bracket using the 2.5mm Allen Wrench and 3 screws.
- Sandwich the bracket between the engine bolt using the 2 flange nuts and a 15mm wrench. Ensure that the serrated flange side of the nut is pressed against both sides of the bracket.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove passenger side engine cover by releasing it from the press fit tabs. Locate the PCV line on the passenger side of the engine and remove by pressing the tabs on the quick disconnect fittings.
This concludes removal instructions.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Install the 3/8” NPT fittings to the catch can.
IMPORTANT: Corsa recommends using thread sealant or PTFE tape on barbed fittings and bottom drain plug to prevent any leaks. -
Using the 2.5mm Allen Wrench and 3 screws,attach the catch can to the bracket. Use the 2 flange nuts and an 15mm wrench to sandwich the bracket in between on the engine bolt. NOTE: Make sure serrated flange side of nut is pressed against both sides of the bracket.
- Attach quick disconnect elbow fitting to the ends of each hose. Install Hose A on the “A” side of the catch can and route the hose to the engine fitting to the left of the supercharger.
- Install Hose B to the “B” side of the catch can and route the hose to the silver engine fitting located behind the bracket. Make sure both quick disconnect fittings click into place over the engine fittings (colors of fittings may vary).
- Make sure all fittings are secured in place and hose is pushed all the way over the barbed ends of the fittings. Reinstall engine cover.

Check that this catch can complies with your Federal, State and Local laws. We recommend saving your stock PCV line.
BEFORE ROAD TESTING
- Start engine, leaving the transmission in park and securing the parking brake.
- Make sure to look and listen for any unusual noises or air leaks. Repair problems if needed.
- Once completed it will be necessary to check periodically, after a few heat cycles, for realignment and tightening of all connections.
EMPTYING CATCH CAN: Twist off the bottom of the catch can and dump captured oil back into engine or dispose of it. It is recommended to check and empty the catch can with every oil change.
