Download the app: Download the BikeFinder app from the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, log in to the app using the same email address used for purchasing the subscription. The app will guide you through the activation process for the tracker.

Activation of the tracker: To activate your
BikeFinder tracker, follow these steps: -
Ensure Bluetooth is activated on your phone.

Open the BikeFinder app.

Click the sign-in button located in the top right corner of the app.

Select your tracker from the list of nearby trackers.

Once the tracker is added, the app will automatically connect it to your purchased subscription. A green credit card sign will indicate successful connection in the BikeFinder app.

Install the tracker: Insert the tracker into the handlebar. If the handlebar diameter is larger than 20mm, refer to page 11 of the user manual for adapter and spacer instructions. Ensure that the direction arrows on the tracker are pointing upwards for correct installation.

Lock the tracker in place: Use the provided tool to fasten the screws evenly until the tracker is securely locked in place. Periodically inspect the fastening and maintain a tightening torque between 0.4-0.5 Nm for optimal results.

Plug in USB cover: During normal use, plug in the USB cover to protect the USB socket. Avoid covering the antenna area with metal as it may affect signal strength.

Limitations and warranty
General Safety precautions
- Do not bend tracker more than 45 degrees
- Do not insert tools or pointy objects, other than those inculded, into USB socket or other openings in the tracker
- Do not open or tamper with any internal components
- Do not expose the tracker to water submersion or high- pressure water jets
- Do not drop tracker onto hard surfaces or expose it to high- energy impacts
- Do not charge the tracker outside of the allowed charging temperature (below 0°C or higher than 45°C)
- Keep tracker and accessories away from high pressure places, potentially explosive atmospheres and extreme temperature conditions (below -20°C or higher than 45°C)

Installation steps
- Charge the tracker
Remove USB cover and connect with USB cable to power source with 5V and 0.5-2A output. The tracker will need 2-15 minutes before it is ready to connect to a BikeFinder app, depending on your power source and tracker battery level.

Buy a subscription
- Go to www.bikefinder.com to buy your subscription.
- BikeFinder have different subscription offerings in different countries, some may include insurance in addition to tracking.
- If purchasing an insurance subscription, please note that insurance program depends on country of residence.
Note: Make sure you buy a subscription with the same email as used to log in to the BikeFinder App. See step 3.

Download the app
- You can download the BikeFinder app from App Store and Google Play.
- After downloading the app you must log in with the same e-mail used when purchasing the subscription. The app will guide you through the necessary steps for activation of tracker.

Activation of the tracker
To activate your BikeFinder tracker, you must do the following steps: -
Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your phone

Open the app

Click the + sign in the top right corner of the app

Select your tracker from the list of trackers nearby

After the trackers is added, the app will automatically connect it to your purchased subscription.
When your tracker is successfully connected to a subscription, the credit card sign will turn green in your BikeFinder App.
Tip: If your tracker has an inactive subscription, check Buy a subscription step.

Install the tracker
- Insert tracker into handlebar, if handlebar diameter is bigger than 20mm then see page 11 for fitting adapter and spacer.
- Mount the device and make sure that the direction arrows are pointing upwards to ensure correct installation.

Lock the tracker in place
Fasten the screws using the tool. Tighten the two screws evenly until tracker is locked in place.
Note: The expansion mechanism can damage the interior of the handlebar.
Tip: Insect the fastening peroidically, and keep the tightning torque between 0.4-0.5 N -m to achieve optimal fastening result.
- Plug in USB cover
- Plug in USB cover during normal use.

20mm+ handlebar adapter set
Use the adapter set on handlebars with inner diameter larger than 20mm.
- Expansion mechanism adapter installation:
1. Remove the two expansion bolts using the screwdriver tool provided in the box
2. Mount the two expansion adapters and reinstall the expansion bolts
- Silicone spacer installation:
Slide the silicone spacer into the device until the spacer is located as shown to the right
