CABLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

RFB-1110-C-04 Coax Connector
Step 1: Cut end of cable evenly. Strip cable to dimensions shown in
catalog or on outline drawing. All cuts are to be clean and square. Do not
nick braid or center conductor when cutting. Slide back nut, washer and gasket
onto cable. Comb braid for assembly of clamp.
Step 2: Slide the clamp over cable braid and under cable jacket. Push
clamp back against cable jacket. Fold back braid wire and form over the clamp
evenly. Trim extra braid if needed. Slide gasket, washer and back nut close to
the clamp.
Step 3: Insert cable assemble into main body. Tighten back nut while
holding body stationary.
Step 4 : Solder cable center conductor to pin using minimum amount of
heat. Cable center conductor should not extend past outer diameter of
connector pin. Tighten “screw cap” with flat head screw driver.
