2 CONNECT TO THE TV VIA ARC

Step 1
Connect one end of the ARC cable to the ARG port on the back of your TV. -
Step 2
Then connect the other end into the ARC port of the soundbar. -
Step 3
Press “INPUT” button on the remote control to switch “ARC” input.
If there is no sound, try setting the TV audio output to PCM:
TV Settings ≥ Home ≥ Settings ≥ Sound ≥ Digital Audio Output PCM
Note: Please turn on the “CEC” function on your TV.
When ARC is connected, your TV remote control can control the soundbar and TV
simultaneously:
(1) Turn on/off (2) Adjust the volume
CEC: Fire TV Synchronous Boot Time ~ 12s, synchronous shutdown time ~ 5s.
Attention: There are slight differences between different types of TV.
3 CONNECT TO THE TV VIA OPTICAL / AUX
OPTICAL
OPTION 1: OPTICAL
(1) Make sure the TV’s port is OPTICAL OUT, connect both sides of the
cable to OPTICAL, for both the TV and the soundbar.
(2) Make sure the optical plug is inserted correctly as it shows in the
picture. Do not insert the plug upside down and break the optical.
Note: If audio is playing from the internal TV speakers, mute or minimize the TV volume.
AUX
OPTION 2: AUX
(1) Connect the 3.5mm to 3.5mm Audio Cable to your TV’s AUDIO OUT port.
(2) Not support AUDIO IN port on TV.
Note: Please remember to unplug the AUX cable from TV and Soundbar when you want to other mode.
In Optical Mode: If there is no sound, try setting the TV audio output to PCM: TV Settings ≥ Home ≥ Settings ≥ Sound ≥ Digital Audio Output ≥ PCM
4 CONNECT TO BT
(1) Press the “INPUT” button on the soundbar or “BT” button on the remote
control to enter BT pairing mode.
(2) Open your phone’s BT settings, find and select “HIWILL-D20” to
connect the soundbar.
5 CONTROL PANEL
(1) “ /+”: Volume Up/Next Music
(2) “M”: MODE
Press to switch channels: H-ARC – OPT(OPTICAL) -BT -AUX -USB.
Hold for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and connect to anew device
manually on your mobile /pc/ TV.
(3) “ ”: Play/Pause
(4) “ ” : Power Button
Press to power on/Hold for 3 seconds to power off.
(5) “ ”: Volume Down/Last Music
- Working State, no operation, automatic flameout after 30 seconds.
- In standby mode, the display screen does not show any numbers and goes black directly.
- Press and hold the MUTE key to forcefully clear BT, and press and hold to reconnect to BT.
6 REMOTE CONTROLS
(1) “ ”: Power Button
Power Button: Press to power on/ Hold for 3 seconds to power off.
(2) “ ” : Mute / Recover the volume.
Long press longer than 5 seconds to clear BT.
(3) “VOL+”: Volume Up
(4) “ ” Previous:
For BT and USB mode only: Skip to previous track.
(5) “ ” Next:
For BT and USB mode only: Skip to next track.
(6) “ ” Play/Pause: USB\BT status, press this button for “Play” or “Pause” function.
(7) “VOL-”: Volume Down
(8) “NEWS”: Press to switch to NEWS mode.
(9) “MUSIC”: Press to switch to MUSIC mode.
(10) “MOVIE”: Press to switch to MOVIE mode.
(11) “INPUT”: When working, simply press this key for BT\USB\AUX\OPT\ARC” input options.
(12) “BAS+”: Press to enhance bass level.
(13) “BAS-”: Press to reduce bass level.
(14) “3D”: Press to switch the 3D surround effect.
(15) “TRE+”: Press or hold to enhance treble level.
(16) “TRE-”: Press or hold to reduce treble level.

Note: The soundbar should be placed at or near ear level.
- The Soundbar can be placed under the TV.
