- D0 NOT INSERT YOUR HAND OR OTHER OBJECTS 1,1Th THE GUARD OR THE MOVABLE PARTS.
- BEFORE OPERATING ALWAYS CHECK THE FAN FOR LOOSE OR DAMAGED PARTS. NSPECT POWER CORD FOR ANY DAMAGE. NEVER USE A FAN IF ANY PARTS ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING. NEVER USE A FAN WITHOUT SAFETY GUARDS ATTACHED.
- WHEN USED WITH AN EXTENSION CORD, USE ONLY A CORD OF PROPER SIZE (AMP RATING), UL LISTED, AND WITH A RECEPTACLE TO ACCEPT THREE PRONG GROUNDED PLUG FURNISHED ON THE FAN’S POWER CORD. Always KEEP POWER CORD AND EXTENSION CORDS AWAY FROM HEAT, OIL. AND SHARP EDGES. INSPECT CORDS PERIODICALLY AND REPLACE THEM IF DAMAGED.
- DISCONNECT THE FAN FROM THE POWER SOURCE WHEN NOT IN USE. BEFORE SERVING AND WHEN CLEANING OR REPAIRING.
- REPAIR OF THIS APPLIANCE SHOULD BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.
- IN CASE OF POWER FAILURE TURN THE FAN OFF AT THE POWER KNOB OR CHAIN TO PREVENT UNEXPECTED RESTARTING AND COMPONENT DAMAGE.
- KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE FAN AT ALL TIMES.
- DO NOT USE A HIGH-PRESSURE HOSE TO SPRAY THE FAN FOR CLEANING.
- DO NOT OPERATE ANY FAN WITH A DAMAGED CORD OR PLUG. DISCARD THE FAN OR RETURN IT TO AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE FACILITY FOR EXAMINATION AND/OR REPAIR.
- DO NOT RUN CORD UNDER CARPETING. DO NOT COVER THE CORD WITH THROW RUGS, RUNNERS, OR SIMILAR COVERINGS. DO NOT ROUTE CORD UNDER FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES. PLEASE ARRANGE THE CORD AWAY FROM THE TRAFFIC AREA AND WHERE IT WILL NOT BE TRIPPED OVER.
CAUTION:
- PRIOR TO CLEANING. UNPLUG THE FAN FROM THE SOCKET.
- D0 DO NOT IMMERSE THE FAN IN WATER.
- ENSURE THE GUARD IS SECURELY TIGHTENED ONTO THE FAN BEFORE USE.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE BEFORE CLEANING. SUBTLY MOISTEN A CLOTH AND THEN WIPE OFF
THE SURFACES OF THE FAN. IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE DUST FROM THE PROTECTIVE
GUARD, USE A VACUUM CLEANER OR REMOVE THE FRONT PROTECTIVE GUARD BY REMOVING
THE SECURING SCREW ON THE EDGE OF THE GUARD WITH A SCREWDRIVER. AFTER
CLEANING, REMOUNT THE SAFETY GUARD. AFTER DOING THIS, FASTEN THE SECURING
SCREW ON THE EDGE OF THE PROTECTIVE GUARD.
SAVE THIS INSTRUCTION
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Step 1
MARK THE HOLE LOCATIONS BY USING THE WALL BRACKET, ANO THEN DRILLS HOLES.
a.FOR CONCRETE WALL INSTALLATION, AFTER DRILLING, INSERT THE ANCHORS ANO TAP
THEM FLUSH WITH THE WALL POSITION THE WALL BRACKET ANO THEN SCREW THE THREE
BOLTS ST8’50 INTO THE ANCHORS, SECURELY ATTACHING TO THE WALL
b. FOR WALL STUD INSTALLATION, AFTER DRUM THE SMALLER DIAMETER PILOT HOLE,
POSITION THE WALL BRACKET ANO SCREW THE THREE BOLTS (pl 0460 INTO THE WALL
UNTIL
THEY ARE SECURED.
WARNING:
IT MUST BE MOUNTED AND SECURED ON A SOLID WALL THAT IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND TO
SUPPORT THE FAN AND MOUNTING BRACKET. THE WALL BRACKET ALONG WITH THE FAN MUST
NOT BE MOUNTED ON ANY SURFACE THAT IS SUBJECT TO VIBRATION, WOBBLING MOVEMENT,
OR THE LIKE. THE FAN MUST BE MOUNTED AND PROPERLY SECURED TO A STATIONARY
STRUCTURE.
CAUTION: THE FAN IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR CONCRETE WALLS AND WALL STUDS. DO
NOT USE IT FOR DRYWALL MOUNTING. USE THE MOUNTING ACCESSORIES SHIPPED WITH
PRODUCTS FOR WALL MOUNTING.
REMOVE FOUR SETS OF HEXAGONAL NUTS, SPRING WASHERS, AND BOWL WASHERS FROM THE MOTOR. SAVE THEM FOR STEP 3.
SET REAR GUARD IN PROPER POSITION, AND FIX IT TO MOTOR BY SECURING BACK THE HEXAGONAL NUTS, SPRING WASHERS, AND BOWL WASHERS FROM STEP 2.
ASSEMBLE FAN BLADE ONTO MOTOR SHAFT BY TIGHTENING TWO SCREWS FROM BLADE. MAKE SURE THE SCREWS ARE TIGHTLY SECURED.
ASSEMBLE FRONT GUARD TO REAR GUARD BY FIXING BOTH GUARDS TOGETHER WITH CLIPS ON THE RIM OF THE FRONT GUARD.
SECURE THE ASSEMBLY OF THE FRONT GUARD AND REAR GUARD BY TIGHTENING ONE SCREW M3*10, TWO START WASHER φ3, AND ONE HEXANGULAR NUT M3.
INSERT THE JOINT PLATE INTO THE MOTOR FRAME OF THE FAN HEAD BY FASTENING
SCREWS AS FOLLOW:
FIRSTLY, NO.1 BOLT M1230 MATCH NO.7 FLAT WASHER φ12, NO.6
SPRING WASHER φ12, AND NO.5 HEXANGULAR NUT M12.
SECONDLY, NO.2 TILT KNOB M8 MATCHES NO.4 BOLT M830.
INSERT NO.1 BOLT M12*120 THROUGH THE JOINT PLATE, AND CONNECT THE WALL
BRACKET. FASTEN THEM BY NO.2 FLAT WASHER φ12, NO.3
SPRING WASHER φ12, AND NO.4 HEXANGULAR NUT M12.
LOOSE TILT KNOB M8 FOR ADJUSTING THE DESIRED TILT ANGLE OF THE FAN HEAD, AND
FIX IT AGAIN.
INSTALLATION — SECONDARY SAFETY SUPPORT CABLE
WARNING
THE USE OF SECONDARY SAFETY SUPPORT CABLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROTECTION
AGAINST INJURY OF PERSONS. MOUNTING OF BOTH THE CIRCULATOR AND CABLE COULD
FAIL IF SUBJECT TO ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. TO AVOID PERSONAL
INJURY, CIRCULATORS MUST BE SUPPORTED ANYTIME THE ANGLE IS ADJUSTED.

LOOP ONE END OF THE CABLE AROUND THE LARGE DIAMETER WIRES OF BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR GUARD AS SHOWN BELOW. ATTACH A CABLE RETAINER WITH THE “U” ON THE TAIL SIDE OF THE LOOP LEAVING A TAIL OF APPROXIMATELY 1 TO 2 INCHES. TIGHTEN CLAMP NUTS FORMING A TIGHT LOOP, 32IN. LBS OF TORQUE. MAKE SURE THE CABLE DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE PROPELLER.

DRILL A HOLE IN THE CONCRETE WALL, INSERT THE WALL ANCHOR AND TAP IT FLUSH WITH THE WALL.

TIGHTEN CLAMP NUTS FORMING A TIGHT SMALL LOOP ON THE TERMINAL OF THE SECONDARY SAFETY SUPPORT CABLE. FASTEN THE SMALL LOOP BY THE BOLT AND THE WASHER WILL BE FIXED INTO THE WALL THROUGH THE ANCHOR FOR SECURITY.

CHECK THE ASSEMBLY TO ASSURE THE PROPELLER IS FREE OF ALL OBSTRUCTIONS AND TURNS FREELY.

CONNECT THE CIRCULATOR TO THE PROPER POWER SUPPLY ENSURING THAT IT CONFORMS TO THE ELECTRICAL RATING LISTED ON THE CIRCULATOR’S MOTOR NAMEPLATE.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- ADJUST THE DESIRED SPEED BY PULLING THE CHAIN SWITCH WITH 3 SPEEDS CONTROL.
- TILT OR DOWN THE FAN HEAD FOR CHANGING AIR FLOW DIRECTION.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.T0 MAKE THE FAN HEAD OSCILLATE: LOOSEN THE SCREW AND MOVE THE POSITION A. TIGHTEN IT BACK. NOTE: THE SCREW IS PRESET AT POSITION A AT THE FACTORY.
- T0 STOP THE FAN HEAD OSCILLATE: LOOSEN THE SCREW AND MOVE TO POSITION B.TIGHTEN IT BACK. CAUTION: SWITCH OFF THE FAN BEFORE ADJUSTING FAN HEAD OSCILLATION.
NOTE: FOR LONGER PARTS LIFE, AFTER 10 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS OPERATION, TURN THE FAN OFF FOR 15 MINUTES TO ALLOW THE MOTOR TO COOL

IF YOU FIND AN OBSTRUCTION, TURN THE FAN “OFF”. UNPLUG THE FAN AND CAREFULLY
REMOVE THE OBSTRUCTION. PLUG THE FAN IN AND TURN IT ON AGAIN, REFERRING TO THE
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS.
WARNING: IMMEDIATELY UNPLUG THE FAN IF ITS OPERATION IS FOUND TO BE UNBALANCED, WOBBLING OR SHOWING SIGNS OF SIGNIFICANT VIBRATION. DETERMINE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE IMPROPER OPERATION (LOOSE MOUNTING HARDWARE, UNBALANCED PROPELLER, ETC) AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY. DO NOT OPERATE A FAN THAT IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. TROUBLESHOOTING ANO PARTS REPLACEMENT MUST ONLY BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL
