Product Information

This product is a trailer hitch designed for towing purposes. It has a weight carrying capacity of 3,500 lbs for gross trailer weight (GTW) and a tongue weight (TW) capacity of 350 lbs. It also has a weight distribution capacity of 5,000 lbs for weight distribution (WD) and a weight distribution tongue weight (WDTW) capacity of 500 lbs. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the installation, read the entire instruction manual thoroughly.

  3. Ensure you are wearing safety glasses throughout the installation process.
  4. Inspect the trailer hitch periodically after installation to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight and structural components are secure.
  5. Refer to the specified torque specifications when securing hardware during the installation process to prevent damage to the product or vehicle.
  6. To start the installation:
  7. Remove the underbody panel from the passenger side of the vehicle by removing three push fasteners and three screws using a 10 mm socket.
  8. Remove the three-hole plugs and clean the weld nuts in each frame rail.
  9. Raise the trailer hitch into position and secure it with three M12 hex bolts (#1) and conical-toothed washers (#2) on each side.
  10. Torque all M12 bolts to 86 lb-ft.
  11. Trim the underbody panel using the grooves on the panel as guides. A trim diagram is provided for reference.
  12. Reinstall the panel using the factory hardware.

  • Step 1
    Remove the underbody panel from the passenger side of the vehicle by removing three push fasteners and three screws using a 10mm socket.Curtis-13470
