Product Usage Instructions

To install the presence detector, follow these steps:

1. Determine the appropriate mounting type based on your ceiling type: fixed ceiling or suspended ceiling.
2. If you have a fixed ceiling, ensure the wiring is correctly connected within the specified range of 9.5 – 40 mm or 0.2 – 9 mm.
3. If you have a suspended ceiling, ensure the wiring is correctly connected within the specified range of 9.5 – 40 mm or 0.2 – 9 mm.
4. Once the wiring is properly installed, use the detector tool to check the connection status. The green LED should indicate a successful connection.
5. Configure the app settings according to your preferences. The factory settings include switch ON/OFF, 500 lux, and a 15-minute switch-off delay.
6. Observe the LED behavior for status indications. The presence detector has different LED patterns for different states, such as connection OK, warming up, error, warning, and walk test active.

If you encounter any issues with the presence detector, refer to the troubleshooting guide:

delay is too
long| Check the response value luminosity and raise the value if
necessary
Check the switch-off delay and shorten the delay if necessary
The app cannot connect to the detector| The wiring is not correct or the detector receives false
triggers| Check the wiring scheme
Check for any objects that may cause false triggering and remove
them from the detection range or lower the sensitivity
