Mounting Installation

Fixed Ceiling:

  1. Ensure the presence detector is not removable.
  2. Mount the presence detector on a ceiling with a thickness of 9.5 – 40 mm or a suspended ceiling with a thickness of 0.2 – 9 mm.

Suspended Ceiling:

  1. Ensure the presence detector is removable.
  2. Mount the presence detector on a suspended ceiling with a thickness of 9.5 – 40 mm or a thickness of 0.2 – 9 mm.

LED Indicators

The presence detector has LED indicators that provide information about its status. The LED indicators and their meanings are:

LED Color Meaning
Green (continuous) Connection OK
Green (flashing) Warming up*
Red (continuous) Error
Blue (flashing) Walk test active

*The warming up feature is optional.

App Settings

The presence detector can be configured using the accompanying app. The available settings are:

  • Factory settings

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Load does not turn on
    • Possible Cause: The wiring is not correct
    • Proposed Solution: Check the wiring scheme
  • Problem: Load does not turn off
    • Possible Cause: The detector receives false triggers
    • Proposed Solution: Check for any objects that may cause false triggering and remove them from the detection range or lower the sensitivity
  • Problem: App cannot connect to the detector
    • Possible Cause: The detector receives false triggers
    • Proposed Solution: Check for any objects that may cause false triggering and remove them from the detection range or lower the sensitivity
