Product Usage Instructions
Mounting Installation
Fixed Ceiling:
- Ensure the presence detector is not removable.
- Mount the presence detector on a ceiling with a thickness of 9.5 – 40 mm or a suspended ceiling with a thickness of 0.2 – 9 mm.
Suspended Ceiling:
- Ensure the presence detector is removable.
- Mount the presence detector on a suspended ceiling with a thickness of 9.5 – 40 mm or a thickness of 0.2 – 9 mm.
LED Indicators
The presence detector has LED indicators that provide information about its status. The LED indicators and their meanings are:

| Red (continuous) | Error |
| Blue (flashing) | Walk test active |
*The warming up feature is optional.
App Settings
The presence detector can be configured using the accompanying app. The available settings are:

Troubleshooting
- Problem: Load does not turn on
- Possible Cause: The wiring is not correct
- Proposed Solution: Check the wiring scheme
- Problem: Load does not turn off
- Possible Cause: The detector receives false triggers
- Proposed Solution: Check for any objects that may cause false triggering and remove them from the detection range or lower the sensitivity
