INTRODUCTION
Switch into fun with the Switch & Go® Triceratops Fire Truck. Transform a cool Fire Truck into a Triceratops and back in just a few simple steps. Launch the Water Burst and release the Rescue Motorcycle. Let’s go!

WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable
tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and
should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE
Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important information.
WARNING
Do not aim at eyes or face. Do not discharge any object other than the
projectile provided with this toy.
NOTE
Please remove all the cable ties before playing Triceratops Fire Truck.
GETTING STARTED
Battery Removal and Installation
- Make sure the unit is turned Off.
- Find the battery cover located on the bottom of the unit and use a screwdriver to loosen the screw, then open the battery cover.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 2 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.).
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
WARNING:
Adult assembly required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of reach
of children.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
PRODUCT FEATURES

Off/Low/High Volume Selector
To turn the unit On or to adjust the volume, slide the Off/Low/High Volume Selector to the Low or High volume position. To turn the unit Off, slide the selector to the Off position. -
Voice Button
Press the Voice Button to hear fun phrases and cool dinosaur sounds in Dino mode. In Vehicle mode, press the Voice Button to hear fun phrases and cool fire truck sounds. -
Water Burst Button
Insert the Water Burst into the Water Launcher, the Light in the Water Launcher will be activated, and then press the Water Burst Button to launch the Water Burst. -
Rescue Motorcycle
Pull out the Launchpad, and then activate the Rev-Up Lever several times. Press the Motorcycle Launcher lever to launch the Rescue Motorcycle. -
LCD Screen
The LCD Screen displays dino eye animations in Dino mode and shows driver animations in Vehicle mode. -
LED Lights
The LED lights flash along with the sounds in Dino mode and Vehicle mode. -
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
To preserve battery life, the Triceratops Fire Truck will automatically shut off after approximately 20 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing the Voice Button or by switching between Dino and Vehicle modes.
NOTE
If the unit powers down or if the light fades out during play, please install
a new set of batteries.
Transformation

1. Begin in Dino mode. Flip the horns and close the jaw.| 2. Rotate the
crest down and then push the head in.

3. Adjust the water launcher launcher backward.| 4. Aim the water launcher
forward.
|
5. Flip up the tail.| 6. Flip out the rear legs.
|
7. Flip the rear legs up.| 8. Rotate the lower legs up.
|
9. Rotate the lower legs.| 10. Flip the front legs up.
|
11. Rotate each front leg and shoulder.| 12. Flip the front bumpers out.
|
13. Push the front bumpers and wheels in.| 14. The unit is now in Vehicle
mode.
To switch back to Dino mode, reverse the steps above.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat source.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to play again.
- If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
