Product Usage Instructions

  1. Putting in the cards & power on: Insert the physical SIM card(s) into the phone. If your phone has an eSIM, contact your service provider for details on how to activate it. Once the cards are inserted, press and hold the Power button to turn on the phone.
  2. Screen protector: Note that the phone comes with a screen protector attached. Be aware that a screen protector thicker than 0.5mm may reduce touchscreen sensitivity.

If your phone becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power button until the screen goes dark and your phone restarts. Charge your phone using a compatible Motorola charger (sold separately). The use of other chargers is not recommended as it may cause slow charging or product damage.
