Product Usage Instructions
To use the DCS Grill, please follow these instructions:

Select the appropriate installation option: built-in or on a cart mount.

Ensure the grill is connected to the correct power supply:
Grill power supply requires a 9V battery for ignition, and the Rotisserie power supply requires a 240V 50Hz electrical connection. -
Ensure the grill is placed in a well-ventilated outdoor area.

Before grilling, make sure the Grease Management SystemTM is properly installed to reduce flare-ups. The system channels grease and oils away from the burner flames.

Ensure the cooking surface is clean and the removable Stainless Steel Rotisserie system is in place if using.

For grilling, preheat the grill by turning on the burners and allowing them to reach the desired temperature.

Place the food on the cooking surface and adjust the heat as needed using the metal control knobs.

For rotisserie cooking, ensure the heavy-duty motor is properly attached and the adjustable forks are in place. Load up to 25kg of meat onto the rotisserie rod.

For better visibility at night, use the Smart BeamTM grill light integrated into the weatherproof rotisserie motor.

After use, clean the grill and remove any grease or food residue. Refer to the user manual for detailed cleaning instructions.
