Product Information
The BX15 Battery Case is designed for the 2023 6.1-inch iPhone model. It features wireless charging capability and has a battery capacity of 7000 mAh, suitable for the iPhone 15 / 15pro. The battery case includes a USB-C charging port and comes with a USB-C charging cable.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the battery case as a power bank to charge other USB-powered devices:
- Identify the type of input port your device uses (USB-C or micro-USB).
- If your device uses a USB-C input, connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the battery case.
- If your device uses a micro-USB input, you will need to use a separate USB-C to micro-USB cable.
- Connect the battery case and your other device using the appropriate cable.
- Press and hold the power button on the battery case for 3 seconds to activate the charging function.
Note: Ensure that your battery case has sufficient charge before using it as a power bank. You can charge the battery case using the included USB-C cable.

Installation
- Gently bend the soft top backwards, then slide your phone into the case as shown in image #1 below.
- Slide the phone in all the way, making sure it is securely seated over the USB-C charging port, then pull the soft part back over your phone to secure it in place.
- Removing: Peel back the soft top, then use your thumbs, or the palm of your hand to push the screen upward to SLIDE the phone off the case.
ATTENTION!
When installing or removing your phone, DO NOT REMOVE THE PHONE AT AN ANGLE as
shown in this diagram. This will damage the USB-C port permanently. SLIDE your
phone out as shown in diagram 1 and 4 (below), and parallel to the case.
Note: Whether charging through the battery case or by the USB cable, you will notice the charging signal appears on your iPhone screen’s battery indicator. When charging is finished, the signal will disappear. Only use the included USB-C charging cable to charge and sync your battery case with a wall charger, or with a laptop/desktop. Avoid using aftermarket and non- standard cables as they can cause damage to the battery case, your phone, and/or cause overheating or fire.
CHARGING
Charging your Battery Case & iPhone together by cable
- Connect your battery case (iPhone already installed) to the included USB-C charging cable.
- Connect the USB power cable to any USB power source such as a computer to start charging. The battery case is programmed to let your iPhone charge first, then the battery case will charge.
- Charge until the LED indicators indicate fully charged (all 4 LEDs are solid).
Charging your iPhone using the Battery Case
- Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to turn on the battery case and start charging your iPhone.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again tc deactivate the battery case and stop charging. This can significantly save more battery power to charge the iPhone next time.
Charging your Battery Case & iPhone together wirelessly
Because your shiny new iPhone comes with wireless charging, we thought it’s
only fitting that the case we fesign for it has the same capability. It’s
simple to use.
- Place your battery case (iPhone already installed) on a Qi wireless charging pad (not included). The battery case is programmed to let your iPhone charge first, then the battery case will charge.
- Align the wireless charging logo on your battery case with the charging logo on your wireless charging pad.

If the wireless charging logo on the case and charging pad are not aligned properly, it is possible that the charging speed will be lower than optimum, or that there is no charging at all. If you experience problems with wireless charging, simply re-align the case and the charging pad. If the problem continues, contact Alpatronix for troubleshooting.
Charging other USB-powered devices using your Battery Case
You can use your battery case as a power bank and charge other USB-powered
devices if needed. The USB port of your battery case can act as both an input
port or an output port. You can use the included USB-C to USB-C cable if your
other device uses a USB-C input, or use a USB-C to micro-USB cable uses a
micro-USB input. Simply connect the battery case and your other device, then
press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to activate the charging
function.

- Not a shockproof product. Be cautious of excessive drops, bumps, abrasions, or other impacts to this battery case. Discontinue use if dents, tears, punctures, deformities, or corrosions are visible. Contact Alpatronix or dispose at the nearest hazardous waste facility.
- Do not disassemble this battery case, expose to moisture, or submerge it in liquid. Keep the battery dry at all times.
- Do not attempt to charge the battery using any method, apparatus, or connection other than the device’s USB connector or a Qi-certified charging pad.
- Do not attempt to replace any part of this battery.
- If the battery case is intended to be used by a minor, purchasing adult agrees to provide detailed instructions and warnings to any minor prior to use. Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alpatronix for any unintended use/misuse.
- All battery cases have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection. If you find that your battery is excessively hot, emitting odors, deformed, abraded, cut, or is behaving abnormally, immediately stop use and contact Alpatronix by email at [email protected] or by phone at (888) 407 – 7515.
- If you intend to store or not use the battery case for more than 3 months, charge your battery case for at least 1 hour prior to storing it.
- Never dispose of battery case in the garbage. Disposal of batteries in the garbage is unlawful under state and federal laws and regulations. Always dispose of your batteries and battery-containing products at the nearest hazardous waste collection facility or a battery recycling center.
