Alpatronix VX100 Cooling Facial Interface for Meta Quest 2
Product Information
The VX100 Cooling Facial Interface is a product designed to a cooling sensation when used with Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality goggles. It consists of a frame and a cushion that can be placed in the freezer or refrigerator to reach the desired cool temperature. The product is intended for external use only and is not a medical or therapeutic device.

- Avoid lying on top of the cushion or putting excessive weight on it to prevent breakage
- Check for leaks before use and discard if tears or leaking is detected
- Do not open the pack and dispose of it if leaking
- Keep the product away from children and use adult supervision when using on children
- If the contents come into contact with skin or eyes, remove the pack and flush with water. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately
Product Usage Instructions

- Ensure that you are physically capable of using the product or supervise individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
- Supervise children closely when using electronic devices and ensure they do not play with the product in a harmful way.
- Place the cushion in the freezer or refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes or until the desired cool temperature is reached. You may purchase additional cushions to have one readily available.
- Remove the original facial interface from your Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality goggles by pulling it off.
- Install the VX100 frame onto your Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality goggles.
- For optimum performance, leave the cushion in place for no more than 20-30 minutes.
- After use, return the cushion to the freezer or refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before reusing.
Note: The VX100 Cooling Facial Interface is not intended to be heated and should not be used as a therapeutic cold pack. It is recommended to check for leaks before each use and discard the product if tears or leaking is detected.

Quick Setup Guide

Place your cushions in the freezer or refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the desired cool temperature is reached. You may purchase additional cushions, so you always have one handy when needed.

Remove the original facial interface from your Meta Quest 2 by pulling it off the VR goggles.

Install the VX100 frame on your Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality goggles.
Note : If you wear eyeglasses, you may use the original eyeglass adapter that came with your Meta Quest 2 before installing the Frame. The Alpatronix frame works with eyeglass adapter of your Meta Quest 2. -
Install a cold cushion on the frame.
Hint: To ensure maximum field of view, ensure that the cushion is installed clear of your field of view. -
Each cushion can last up to 20-30 minutes, depending on the starting temperature. Once the cushion no longer provides cold comfort, simply replace it with another one from the freezer or refrigerator
