Pro AI-Enabled Smart
Breathing Trainer
We congratulate you on your purchase of the Oumua!
Oumua is a smart breathing trainer.
It conditions your breathing musc- les, improving different aspects of your
health, wellness and athletic performance. Also helps you quit smoking.
ACTIVATION
To activate Oumua Pro, please sharply press the central button (1) once. The
in- dicator (2) will blink 1 time, and the de- vice will switch ON.
To turn the device off, press the central button (1) and hold it
for 3 sec., the indicator (2) will blink 3 times and the device will turn OFF.
Oumua Pro also turns off automatically if no user inter- action happens for 5
min. straight.
GETTING STARTED
Inhale through the inhalation airflow (3) and exhale through the exhalation air- flow (4). To establish a correlation between the resistance level and the numerical valu- es, rotate the knob (5) in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The designated resistance level is indi- cated by a dash (6) which is visually high- lighted in color. It is important to note that this correlation is applicable to bath the inhalation and exhalation sides.
STORAGE AND MAINTANCE
Charging
Upon initiating the charging process, the LED indicator on the device will
begin to flash (7). It is recommended to allow a period of 15 to 20 min. for
the charging process to complete.
Once fully charged, the LED will emit a constant light (8), indicating that
the de- vice is ready for use.
To disconnect the device from the char- ging source, it is advised to gently
de- tach the side that possesses a magnetic “click” and “stick” interface,
which secu- rely connects to the device during the charging process.
It is not necessary to charge the device overnight or for extended periods of
time as it may have adverse effects on the battery’s capacity and
longevity.
The UV-sterilizer (10) serves as a visual
aid for cleaning and sterilizing the device.
To use the sterilizer, first, insert the plug into the device, and the other
end into the simulator.
Remove the mouthpiece (11) and turn on the sterilizer, allowing it to run for
10-15 min. After the process is complete, re- move the device from the
sterilizer.
It is strongly advised not to clean the device with water or soap. Rather, we
recommend using the UV-sterilizer for cleaning, as water can damage the de-
vice and promote bacterial growth in- side it over time.
CONNECTING TO APPLICATION
Before proceeding, please verify that the device Bluetooth and Internet con-
nection are activated and functioning properly. To connect, press the
designated button for connection.
In the event of a connection failure, it is recommended to check if Bluetooth
is turned on and if the necessary permis- sions have been granted to utilize
loca- tion services (for Android operating sys- tems).
For mobile phones released prior to 2018, we offer a specialized safe mode
feature that conserves Bluetooth and phone processor resources, thus preven-
ting the application from crashing.
SAFETY INFORMATION
It is not recommended to eng- age in exercise sessions that ex- ceed 30 min.
per day. The op- timal training period is 15 min. per day.
Children under the age of 3 should not utilize the device without adult
supervision and accompaniment.
Mouthpieces should not be che- wed, clenched with one’s teeth, eaten, or
swallowed.
Turning the knob in different directions is not advised, as it may result in
the disassembly of the entire mechanism.
GETTING STARTED
Do not immerse the device in water. Rinsing the device with running water is
discouraged, and the use of a UV-sterilizer is recommended instead.
Under no circumstances sho- uld the device be exposed to flames.
It is advised not to expose the device to temperatures exce- eding 40° C or
falling below -20° C. Exposure to such tem- peratures may lead to the air
pressure sensor improperly calculating pressure values in “live” mode.
