PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Diffuser Operation

  1. Position Iha Aroma Diffuser upright pull vertically upwards to remove cover. (Fig. 1)
  2. Connect AC adaptor power cord into the DC input jack at the base of the Aroma Diffuser. II is suggested to route cable via track provided. (Fig. 2)
  3. Pour water and essential oil into Aroma Diffuser. DO NOT fill in excess of ‘MAX’ marking 400ml. DO NOT use boiling water. DO NOT fill when power is on. It is recommended to add 2-3 drops of essential oil for each 100ml of water. (Fig. 3)
  4. Re-Install cover. Spout Is adjustable to guide aroma Into desired direction. Aroma Diffuser must NOT be operated without the cover. (Fig. 4)
  5. Plug diffuser into power outlet.
  6. “LIGHT” button–colorful light function: (Fig. 5)
  7. Press “LIGHT’ lum on LED light. Light color cycles automatically.
  8. Pressing the light button again will lock it to the first color.Keep pressing to cycle through colors. Brightness is adjustable through the cycle until it is off. (Bright->Dim-> Off)(Press once. beep once).
  9. To tum off tha light, preBB and hold down the “LIGHT” button for 1.5 seconds.(Two beeps)
  10. “MIST” button(WIFI paring button): (Fig. 6)
  11. Mist level Is adjustable by pressing “MIST” for different times. Press once, low mist. Press twice, high mist.
  12. WIFI paring function: Press and hold down “MIST” button,WIFI connection mode is on. After two beeps.the “NET _LED” indicator light flashes at a regular way: two times fast.one 1ime slow which shows ‘Iha diffuser is into WIFI paring mode
  13. Matching function: (Fig. 6)
  14. long press the fog key to enter the WIFI module connection mode. After the buzzer BIBI two, wait for the NET_LED indicator light two fast and slow to have a regular flicker, then enter the WIFI matching modee;
  15. It is recommended to drain water from the tank and keep dry for the extended idle period.
  16. When connected with power,the original state of aroma diffuser is still off.
  17. Misting operation and light will switch off automatically when there Is Insufficient water, even press “MIST” , aroma diffuser is also switch off automatic.

Attention

  • The amount and intensity of mist prcxluced will vary, but this is not unusual and should not be considered as a faull
  • Factors Iha! affect this include water type, humidity, temperature, air currents.
  • Auto power off when water runs out.
  • Applies only 100% natural essential oil, if they contain chemical ingredients, flavors or impurities may cause damage to the product.
  • Before replacing another essential oil, follow the maintenance part to clean the product.

Accidental Leakage

In the event of the unit being knocked over or tipped during use, please follow the steps as below to avoid malfunction:

  1. Unplug the unit and remove cover.
  2. Pour out any remaining waler from the water tank .
  3. Shake the unit genlly lo drain water,and then keep it natural air drying for at least 24 hours.

Maintenance

After using 5-6 times, or 3-5 days, please clean the product as follows:

  1. Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
  2. Pour out any remaining water from the tank.
  3. Add a small amount of warm kitchen detergent to clean, use swab to wipe It gently, and then use a cleaning ckrlh to dry it lightly.
  4. Refer to the following pictures, to avoid water now into the air outlet, pour off water and abide by the left picture, not the right one.
  5. Do not use other acids or enzymes detergent, as this may give off poisonous gas or cause malfunction.

Note: Be sure to use a mild detergent.

Precautions

  • It is not allowed to diagnose, dismantle, or repair the uint if you are not the technician. Please contact the sales department to repair if necessary.
  • Do not switch on power when the tank is empty,
  • Do not toudi the atomization piece.
  • Clean regularly as per Maintenance instructions lo avoid malfunction.
  • Always unplug before maintenance.
  • For hygiene reasons, after use, pour away the remaining water from “The DRAINAGE SIDE of tank, and wipe with a clean dry cloth.
  • Essential oll can corrode In the event of spillage of contact, please wipe away with a soft cloth.
  • Only use the measuring cup 10 add water into the tank, do nol fill water directly from the water pipe.
  • Do not let mist directly to the furniture, cloth Ing, walls e1c.
  • Keep away from direct sunshine heal sources and air conditioners or fans.
  • Always keep on a stable plat surface do not put on carpet, duvet or unstable area.
  • Keep away from electronic equipment, such as TV and Audio equipment.
  • Wail 60 minutes before restart 10 to avoid a damaged atomization piece.
  • Don’t use sparkling water, tap water and mineral water are available.
  • Never move a product when It Is wrong.
  • Do not touch any part of the product with wet hands.
  • Keep away from the child and pet, the child is not allowed to play without a supervisor. This product is not suitable for the child and people who don’t know the product and have no experience.
  • If the cable is smoking, or burning, unplug it immediately.

Troubleshooting

If product doesn’t work well, please refer to the following points before requesting repairs:

Water leakage from product

-Remove and reinstall correctly, so mist can be released freely.

Low temperature or high humidity?

Add Device

  1. Pairing mode. Refer to Wi-Fi Connection explanation above.
  2. CIiek Icon below In APP.
  3. Confirm to be pairing, than click Next.
  4. Enter your home WI-Fl name and password

Note:

1. The device name must be letters or numbers, or it cannot be found.
2. If your home Wi-Fi does not require a password, leave it blank.
3. The device only supports 2.4GHz networks.
  1. Name the device then done. If the device is not online, just wait one or two minutes and the device is trying to connect to the cloud server through your wireless router.

APP Quick Guide

  1. Share Function:
    Device can be shared by primary account. All sharing members can control the device.
    Note:
    (1) The Shared account must be a registered eWeLink account.
    (2 Please open eWeLink app and keep online when sharing device.
    You can authorize shared account the timer function: Add, Edit, Delete, Enable/Disable

  2. Timer:
    The device can set up to 8 timers.
    3 Modes of timers: Once, Repeat, Delay Timers can work when offline but the device should be on.

  3. Scene:
    Two kinds of scenes: common scene and smart scene. Common scene:
    One touch to turn on/off all devices of the same scene. Smart scene:
    when temperature or humidity meets requirement, device will be turned on/off. (smart scene cannot support diffuser)

  4. Device Security Protection:
    One device can only be added with one primary account. Only after primary account deletes or shares the device, others can add the device.

  5. Language:
    APP will automatically identify the user’s mobile phone system language and display the corresponding language. You can also manually switch between Chinese and English versions in app.

  6. Device information and user center:
    System will automatically remind you to upgrade if any new version, please upgrade in time. Any questions can be submitted in the user center feedback, thank you!

APP FAQs

  1. Router can not access the Internet, dose it support the local area network?
    Can it directly connect to cell phone hot spots?
    Answer: The Android version supports LAN control, while Apple version currently not.
    The device must be connected to the Internet via a router to communicate with the mobile server.

  2. Why can not I get a registered SMS verification code? Why can not mobile phone connect device hotspot?
    Answer: Permission is limited. Select “Allow” when you encounter authorization during installation.

  3. Why does app display offline after adding devices?
    Answer: Once the device has just been added, it takes a minute or two to connect network.
    If it is offline for a long time, please judge from the green indicator light:

Indication light blinks once and off 2 seconds:

The device didn’t connect to your router:

  • Poor internet connection. Check your network connectivity and put device closer to router.

  • Delete the device and re-add it.

  • Make sure to use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router.

  • Make sure that router background center does not use MAC address filtering.
    Indication light blinks once and off 1 second:
    The device is connected to the router and server, but is not properly added to the user account:

  • Please re-plug the device and wait a minute.

  • If still not working, please delete the device and re-add it.
    Indication light blinks twice and off 2 seconds:
    The device is connected to the router but not the serve:

  • Please make sure your router can work.
    Indication light stays on: You can control now.
