BMPRO 7DI4 Tablet PC

Product Information

The 7 inch BMPRO Tablet PC is an Android tablet with a user-friendly interface. It has a home screen with various buttons for navigation and access to applications. The tablet also features Wi-Fi and network connectivity options, as well as storage space for installing APK programs.

Get to know the device home screen

The BMPRO tablet launcher is like any other Android tablet, here is a brief introduction:

Home screen

After entering into the guide mode, the main interface -UI interface will be displayed.

Button of “back” . Click this icon in any interface can back to the previous level of directory.

Button of “Background app” . Click to see the app running in the background.

Applications

Turn on /close programs running in the background
Click the background app icon at the bottom of the tablet to display all running background app, and click any app icon to switch it from the background to the current app. If you slide the app icon into left or right, then you can close the app.

Setting

WiFi and Network Wi-Fi

Turn on and close Wi-Fi
Open the Settings, the first item is Wi-Fi, you can turn on WIFI. After opening WIFI, if you have a WIFI network around you, you will find in the list bar on the right, each WIFI name (on the router, this name is called SSID number ,you can set it, generally not recommended to set it into Chinese) below have the small character indicates the encryption method of wireless WIFI, the fan icon behind each name, Indicates the signal strength of WIFI; If a small lock is added next to the fan icon, the signal is encrypted. A password is  required to connect.

Connect WI-FI

If the WIFI is not encrypted, it will be automatically connected after turning on the WIFI. If there is encryption, click the wireless WIFI name, it will automatically pop up to enter the password window, generally only need to enter the password and then click the “Connect” button in the lower right corner to connect.

Data network usage

This option can display the usage of WIFI.

Personal

Storage

Internal storage space: also called ROM space. It is the space allocated by the system to install the APK program.
Memory space: it’s the space for the local disk. That’s shown a removable disk that you connect to your computer. It’s usually a few gigabytes in size.

EXTSD: It’s the TF card inserted by user.
Enable media scanning on SD card: Turn on this function, when the user inserts a TF card, the media files on the TF card can be displayed in the music and video player. If this function is not turned on, the media files on the TF card will not be displayed

Location service
High accuracy (GPS, WLAN, Bluetooth, mobile network positioning), power saving (WLAN, Bluetooth, mobile network positioning)

Language and input methods
Language Set system language
Keyboard and input method: This item can see the system’s own input method, you can also see the user installed input method.

Backup and reset
Restore factory Settings : When some software of the system on the tablet cannot be used normally, or a function is abnormal, the system can be restored to the initial state through this function. However, restoring factory Settings will delete all user installed programs and data, so please back up important data and ensure that the battery level is above 50% before using.

OS
Tablet firmware is a proprietary software developed based on the operating system (on mobile phones, we are used to calling it ROM), in other words, each firmware contains the currently displayed Android operating system.

The tablet connects to the network

Through WiFi access into network

Turn on and close Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is turned on by default on tablets. If you have a Wi-Fi network nearby, tap the Wi-Fi feature under Settings and it will be automatically found in the list bar on the right (It is recommended to turn off Wi-Fi when you are not using the network, click the Open button next to Wi-Fi to turn it off, which will save power).

For example, a total of five WIFI signal sources have been searched, each name (on the router, the name is SSID number, you can set, generally not recommended to set into Chinese) below the small character indicates the encryption method of wireless WIFI, and the fan icon behind each name indicates the strength of WIFI signal; If a small lock is added next to the fan icon, the signal is encrypted. After successfully connecting to the wireless router, the Wi-Fi icon will be displayed  at the bottom of the screen, and “Connected” will be displayed under the name of the connected wireless router, as shown below:

At this time, we can pull the Internet normally! However, if the tablet has shown that the WIFI connection is successful, as shown in the figure above, it may be that we are still unable to access the Internet, please check the relevant Settings of the wireless router with your own network environment. If you use a public wireless hotspot, consult the relevant network provider.

Camera testing
Open the camera APP to enter into the camera, there are two modes of camera function and video function, and can be converted back and forth. Set the photo resolution in the camera APP Settings.

Recording testing
Enter the recording APP, and press the circular icon is to start recording. The square icon is pause. The triangle icon is Play. Done Indicates that the file saving is complete. Discard is displayed as the file is abandoned.

Google Play testing
Before entering the Google Store, you must connect to a foreign network or a wall  network. To log in to the Google Store, you need a special account to log in, and you can download some operations after logging in. Google’s apps require a foreign network to operate.
