Product Usage Instructions
To use the DCS Grill, please follow the instructions below:
- If installing it as a built-in grill, ensure it is properly integrated into your outdoor kitchen bench. If using the grill as a freestanding unit, purchase the DCS cart separately and assemble it according to the provided instructions.
- Connect the grill to a natural gas supply. Ensure the grill power supply is connected to a 240V 50Hz power source.
- Ensure the rotisserie power supply has a 9V battery for ignition.
- Before grilling, make sure the grease management system is properly installed and functioning. This will help reduce flare-ups during cooking.
- To achieve perfect sear lines and efficient oil channeling, use the double-sided cast stainless steel grilling grates. These grates can be easily removed for cleaning.
- If using the rotisserie feature, load your desired meat or poultry onto the stainless steel hexagonal rod and secure it with the adjustable forks. The heavy-duty rotisserie motor will provide controlled searing heat for even cooking.
- For better visibility at night, activate the Smart BeamTM grill light. The integrated halogen light in the rotisserie motor will illuminate the entire cooking surface.
- After usage, clean the grill thoroughly. Remove and clean the capture tray for easy disposal of oil and grease.
