Product Information
The Jonard New Products line includes a range of tools for various applications, such as wire wrapping, cable installation, telecommunications, and more. Specifically, the Wire Stripper and Cutter series consists of three models:
- JIC-1022: Designed to strip and cut stranded and single wire gauges 10 to 22 AWG and 2-3 mm fiber jackets.
- JIC-1626: Designed for stripping and cutting 16 to 26 AWG wire.
- JIC-2030: Designed for stripping and cutting 20 to 30 AWG wire.
Each model is designed to handle specific wire gauges and comes with different mm specifications as well.
Product Usage Instructions
JIC-1022 Wire Stripper and Cutter
The JIC-1022 Wire Stripper and Cutter is suitable for stripping and cutting stranded and single wire gauges ranging from 10 to 22 AWG. It can also handle 2-3 mm fiber jackets.
To use the JIC-1022 Wire Stripper and Cutter:
- Select the appropriate gauge on the tool based on the wire you are working with.
- Place the wire in the designated stripping area of the tool.
- Apply gentle pressure and rotate the tool around the wire to strip the insulation.
- To cut the wire, position it in the cutting area and squeeze the handles firmly.
JIC-1626 Wire Stripper and Cutter
The JIC-1626 Wire Stripper and Cutter is designed specifically for stripping and cutting 16 to 26 AWG wire.
To use the JIC-1626 Wire Stripper and Cutter:
- Select the appropriate gauge on the tool based on the wire you are working with.
- Place the wire in the designated stripping area of the tool.
- Apply gentle pressure and rotate the tool around the wire to strip the insulation.
- To cut the wire, position it in the cutting area and squeeze the handles firmly.

The JIC-2030 Wire Stripper and Cutter is designed for stripping and cutting 20 to 30 AWG wire.
To use the JIC-2030 Wire Stripper and Cutter:
