Important Note Before Configuration:

  • Please ensure the power adapter works (the camera indicator will light on).
  • Please confirm to configure the camera in a 2.4 GHz WIFI network.
  • Please confirm to reset the camera successfully during the configuration process (The indicator will flash blue).
  • Please confirm to select the right network and enter the password correctly ( Note: the wifi must be visible).
  • To avoid the failure configuration caused by a poor and unstable network, place the camera close to the wifi router for the initial setup.

Quick Configuration

  1. Download the free app by searching’ Amorom’ via Google Play/ App Store or scanning the QR code

  2. Register an account.
    Open the ‘AMOROM” app and click “Sign Up” to register your account with your email, Note to select your country.

    Tips: After email verification, enter a password that is 6-20 characters long and contains at least three of the following categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or special symbols.

  3. To avoid the failure of network configuration due to weak or unstable wifi signals. You can move the camera close to your wifi router for the first configuration.

  4. Start app configuration by clicking ‘Add Devices’ and follow the wizard to operate.
    Note 1: Select the correct 2.4G wifi and double-check the password;
    Note 2: Scan the QR code correctly — No reflective and dark screen.

  1. Click the ·1 heard a prompt’ option after hearing the prompt voice: connecting to the network, And wait for about 10-20 secs for the configuration process. Then you can watch the live stream via the camera.

Mounting the Indoor Camera

Not only can you place the camera on tables and shelves, but you can also mount it on walls and ceilings.

Note: To avoid the camera offline, please install the camera in a place with a strong and stable wifi signal (you can test the signal strength with your phone before mounting the camera).

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQl: Why can’t I complete the account registration and always reminds “simple password”?
Answer: The more complex the password, the more safe your account is. It will protect your privacy from cyber threats and hackers. So please enter a password that is 6-20 characters long and contains at least three of the categories below: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or special symbols.
FAQ2: Network configuration failure, how to solve it?
Answer: For the first configuration, you should place the camera close to your wifi router to avoid the situation of poor and unstable signal.
Note: You can start configuring the network when hearing the prompt voice” please connect network’ and seeing the indicator light flash blue light (It takes about 50 secs for the pre-configuration process). Please reset the camera if there is no prompt voice and incorrect indicator status.
FAQ3: How to reset the device?
Answer: You will hear the prompt tone ‘di’ after pressing and holding the reset button for about 5 seconds. which means ‘device reset successfully.’ And start configuring the network after hearing the prompt ‘Please connect to the network’ (The pre-configuration process takes about 50 secs).
FAQ4: How do I get the trial cloud plan?
Ans w er: you can visit the cloud plan page and find the ‘free trial usage $0.00’ option.
FAQ5: Why the video records are discontinuous?
Answer: The camera supports two recording modes: event recording mode and continuous recording mode. Envents recording mode will only record the video after the camera monitor d the movement; Continuous recording mode will record the video all the time.
Note: If you choose to store the video records via a cloud server, the camera only supports events recording mode; if you choose to save the video records via sd card (max 128G, not included in the package), you can select events recording mode or continuous recording mode.
FAQ: Why there is no motion detection alerts pushed into the app?
Answer: Firstly, Enable the motion detection function in settings and switch the sensitivity level to high. If there is still no notification, please confirm to allow app notification permissions in your phone settings.
