Dear Customers,
If there is any problem with the RUIZU M7 MP3 player when you use it, please
update the firmware.
Download the zip file with name ‘RUIZU M7’ through the below link. There will
be user manual to guide you to update the firmware.

How to Update M7 firmware
Step 1: Unzip the file with name ‘RUIZU M7’ you just downloaded via above link. Step 2: Double click the file with name ‘setup’ to install the updating tool. Step 3: After the ‘updating tool’ is installed, there will be an icon of the ‘updating tool’ as below image(image 1) on your computer desktop. Double click the icon, then there will popup a dialog box(image 2). Choose the firmware with the name ‘M7 firmware’ which you have downloaded in step 1
Step 4: Connect the M7 mp3 player to your computer via the USB cable(Included in the package)
A. Connect Mp3 player to computer via USB Cable
B. After connect successfully, you can see a schematic of the file transfer on the MP3 screen
C. Mouse right button to click the arrow with ① marked, then choose
‘ADFU’ with ② marked
D. Mouse right button to click icon ① marked, then choose ‘ADFU0’ with ② marked
E. Mouse right button to click the icon with ① marked
F. You will see “encrypt file: recovery.bin” is being downloaded. Please be patient!
G. A moment later, you will see ‘DOWNL OAD FINISH!’ which means the firmware update is finished successfully.
