Wireless Connection Operation Guide
The guide is designed to provide guidance on how to connect the device to a wireless network and check the wireless network signal and the therapy data.
Connect your device to the network
There are two ways for you to connect your device to the network.
Method 1: Configure the network via Bluetooth
Download the Breathcare+ APP
- Download and install the latest version of Breathcare+ on your mobile phone.
- For IOS: App Store”
- For Android: Google Play”
Login
Create a new account
- Click Create an account on the login page of the Breathcare+ APP;
- Fill in the relevant information and set the account password, then check the box to agree to the terms of use and click Send activation email;
- Login to your email account and check the email sent by Yuwell. Click Activate your account now, then click Application For Registration. If it shows
- Register successfully, then the activation is done;
- After successful activation, click Sure to return to the Breathcare+ APP login page.
- Log in to an existing account
- Enter your account and password, and click Log in to enter the Home page. (3) Set your device
- Power on your device, set Upload Data and Bluetooth to ON.
Connect your phone and device via Bluetooth
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone, enter Breathcare+ APP;
- Add your device;
- Add the first device: Click +Add device on the home page to add your device
- Add more devices: Click My tab, then click My device, and finally click +Add in the upper right corner to add more devices.
- The list of available Bluetooth devices will be displayed on the interface. The device will appear as “BC_ PAX” {XXX will be the last three digits of the Serial Number listed on your device);
- Choose your device, click I know, then enter the Bluetooth pairing password {the last six digits of the Serial Number on your device) and click Pair.
Connect your device to a wireless network
Connect to a new wireless network
After the Bluetooth connection is successful, the list of available wireless
networks will be displayed. Select the wireless network to be connected, enter
the password of the wireless network, and click Continue, the network shall be
connected after a few seconds.
Note:
The device will automatically connect to the wireless network saved last time.
If the network to be connected remains the same, no operation is required.
Connect to another wireless network
Click My Device under My tab, select your device, and click Reconnect to the
network, the list of available wireless networks will be displayed. Select the
wireless network to be connected, enter the network password, and click
Continue, the network shall be connected after a few seconds
Method 2: Configure the network via SD card
- Create a txt file in the SD card, name as yuwellWifi.txt;
- Open the file and enter “++” and the name of the wireless network, and . yuweUWtfi.txt enter the password of the wireless network in a new line, then enter “End” in a new line and save the file;

- The name and the password of the network should consist of letters or numbers and the length of them should not exceed 50 characters.
- Power on your device and turn on the upload data function.
- Leave your device on the home page, then insert the SD card with the Network_naaepassword network information into the device and wait for the automatic network configuration.
Note: The SD card needs to be formatted to FAT32 format.
Note: The upload data function must be turned on before the insertion of the SD card.
Check the wireless network signals
The status of the wireless network will be displayed on the device Information page. The WIFI signal has five statuses: Strong Medium, Weak, No WIFI, No Server, and OFF.
Note
When the Upload data is turned off, the WIFI signal will be displayed as Off.
View the therapy data
Once the data has been uploaded, the user can check the data on the Data chart or Usage record page in the Breath ca re+ APP.
Note
The Breathcare+ APP is only for wireless network connection and brief therapy
data viewing, instead of other purposes like diagnostics.
