Product Information
The Tower Fan is a household appliance designed to provide cooling airflow in a room. It features a replaceable fuse (2.5 Amp, 125 Volt) for electrical safety. The fan comes with a remote control for convenient operation. The product is intended for household use only and is not suitable for commercial or industrial applications.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before cleaning or performing any maintenance on the Tower Fan, make sure it is unplugged from the power source.
- To replace a blown fuse, visit the website at www.holmesproducts.com to order a new fuse.
- To replace the fuse on the plug, follow these steps:
- Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle or outletdevice. Do not pull on the cord.
- Open the fuse cover located on the top of the plug by sliding it down towards the prongs using your thumb or a flathead screwdriver.
- Ensure that the fuse cover is completely open before attempting to remove the fuse.
- Carefully remove the fuse by using a small screwdriver to pry it out of the compartment by the metal ends.
- Place the plug on a solid, flat surface.
- Insert a new 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse into the fusecompartment.
- Use a small screwdriver to secure the metal ends of the fuseinto the compartment.
- Caution: Only replace the fuse with a 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse to avoid the risk of fire.
- Slide the fuse cover closed completely. If the cover is difficult to close, ensure the fuse is secured in place by pressing down on the metal ends.
- For cleaning and maintenance:
- Do not immerse the Tower Fan in water or any other liquid.
- Use a vacuum cleaner nozzle to lightly run over the grill surface for cleaning.
- When storing the fan, ensure it is kept in a dry location to avoid moisture damage.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped/damaged in any manner. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility forexamination and/or repair.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runner, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- The use of attachments not recommended or sold bythe appliance manufacturer may cause hazards.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table, counter or come in contact with hot surfaces or leaveexposed to high traffic areas.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect, grip plug and pull from wall outlet. Never yank on cord.
- Always use on a dry, level surface.
- Do not operate fan until fully assembled with all parts properly in place.
- This product is intended for household use ONLY and not for commercial or industrial applications.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of electrical shock and injury to persons, do not use in window.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speedcontrol device.
- This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows, a short circuit may be present and the product should be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualifiedelectrician to install the proper outlet.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR DEFEAT THIS SAFETY FEATURE IN ANY WAY.
FEATURES OPERATIONS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly Time: 10-15 minutes.
Tools Required: Phillips head screw driver.
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL CONTENTS FROM THE PACKAGE. PLEASE CHECK
PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR PARTS THAT COULD BE REQUIRED TO OPERATE YOUR FAN.
LOCATE THE BELOW PARTS FROM THE BOX TO PREPARE
FOR ASSEMBLY:
- Fan housing
- 2 pedestal halves
- 2 base halves
- 8 M4x10mm screws (4 pcs for pedestal assembly and 4 pcs for base assembly)
- Remote Control
Follow the steps below in order to assemble the fan pedestal and base before operating your fan:
- To assemble the pedestal, simply snap the 2 pedestal halves together (Fig. 1).
- Pull the power cord through the assembled pedestal, making sure the wider end of the pedestal is facing towards the fan housing (Fig. 2).
- Align marking “A”, located at the bottom of the fan housing, with marking “A” on the top end of the pedestal. Insert the alignment post from the pedestalinto the alignment hole on fan housing for properalignment (Fig. 3).
- Use 4 screws (M4x10mm) provided to attach the assembled pedestal to the bottom of the fan housing. Secure the screws with a screwdriver (Fig. 4).
- Snap the 2 base halves together by sliding the posts of one base half into the slots of the second base half (Fig. 5).
- Pull the power cord through the center hole of the assembled base. Align marking “B”, located at thecenter hole of the assembled base, with marking “B” at the bottom end of the pedestal. Insert the alignment post from the pedestal into the alignmenthole on base for proper alignment (Fig. 6).
- Use 4 screws (M4x10mm) provided to attach the assembled base to the pedestal. Secure the screws with a screwdriver (Fig. 7).
- Wind the power cord underneath the base. Secure the power cord through the cord clips (Fig. 8).
- Turn fan right side up and place on a dry and level surface before operating.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- A. Power
- Press = On, Off
- B. Speed Settings
- Press = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- C. Timer Control
- Press = Turns Off in 2, 3 hours
- D. Oscillation Control
- Press = Oscillation On, Off
- E. Natural Breeze, Sleep Breeze MODE
- Press MODE = Natural Breeze, Sleep Breeze Natural Breeze Mode will cycle through the fan speed settings randomly. Sleep Breeze Mode will cycle through the fan speed settings in order.
NOTE: Your fan features LED panel. When a specific feature is activated on your fan, a corresponding LED indicator light will illuminate showing which features have been activated.

REMOTE CONTROL
NOTE: PLEASE REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE STICKER FROM THE REMOTE CONTROL
BATTERY BEFORE OPERATION.
This unit includes one lithium battery, CR2025/3V.Remove battery before
discarding the remote.
Battery Replacement
- Locate the battery cover from the rear side of the remote control, and slide out the battery cover as per the instructions marked on the cover.
- Remove old battery.
- Place new battery into battery compartment.
- Slide battery compartment into the remote control handset.
NOTES:
- Remove the battery from the equipment when it is not being used for an extended period of time.
- Remove the used battery promptly.
- Do not discard used batteries into household trashcontainers. Contact your local government for disposal or recycling practices in your area.

REPLACEABLE FUSE
If your (2.5 Amp, 125 Volt) replaceable fuse blows, please visit our website

how to order a new fuse. Follow the below instructions to replace the fuse on
the plug.
User Servicing Instructions

Unplug your fan. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug bypulling on cord.

Note: Ensure that fuse cover is completely open before attempting toremove fuse. -
Remove fuse carefully byusing a small screwdriverto pry the fuse out of the compartment by the metal ends of the fuse (see Fig.

Place plug on a solid, flat surface. Insert new 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse into fuse compartment and use a small screwdriver to secure the metal ends of the fuse into the compartment.
Caution: Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse. -
Slide fuse cover closed completely. If fuse cover is difficult to close, make sure fuse is secured in place completely by pressing down on metal ends of the fuse.

Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
FAN CLEANING:
- Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
- Clean the fan with a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motorhousing.
- Do not use any of the following as a cleaner:gasoline, thinner, benzene.
- You may also clean the front grill of the fan by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the grill surface.
FAN STORAGE
In the off-season, it is important to keep your fan in a safe, dry location.
- We recommend using the original (or appropriately sized) box.
- Please remember to protect the fan from dust or moisture.

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of three years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repairor replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly,repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further, the warranty does not cover acts of God, fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?
JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by
the breach of any express, implied or statutory warranty or condition.Except
to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration
to the duration of the above warranty. JCS disclaims all other warranties,
conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. JCS
shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase,
use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including incidental,
special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any
breach of contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against
