WARNING
To avoid death from the infant’s neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult mattress. ALWAYS raise the side when not fastened to the adult bed.

Entrapment Hazard – To prevent death from entrapment, bedside sleeper must be properly secured to adult bed using the attachment straps.

• There shall never be a gap between the lower side of the bedside sleeper and the mattress of the adult bed.
• Check tightness before each use by pulling bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult bed.
• If there is any gap between the bedside sleeper and the adult bed, DO NOT use the product.

1. WARNING: Do not use the CoZee Bedside Crib when the child can sit or kneel or pull itself up.

2. WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death. Always follow assembly instructions for each product use mode (bedside sleeper & crib).

3. WARNING: Entrapment Hazards-to prevent death from entrapment, bedside sleeper must be properly secured to adult bed using attachment straps
   a) There shall never be a gap between the lower side of the beds sleeper and the mattress of the adult bed.
   b) Check tightness before each use by pulling bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult bed.
   c) If there is any gap between the bedside sleeper and the adult bed, DO NOT use the product. Do not fill the gap with pillows, blankets or other items that are suffocation hazards.

4. WARNING: Always use ALL required parts for each use mode. Check instruction manual for a list of required parts. Periodically check product for loose, damaged, or missing parts.

5. WARNING: To avoid death from the infant’s neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult bed mattress. ALWAYS raise the side when not fastened to the adult bed.

9. WARNING: The CoZee Bedside Crib should be placed on a horizontal floor; Young children should not be allowed to play unsupervised in the vicinity of the CoZee Bedside Crib.

10. WARNING: Always read and follow assembly instructions for correct conversion (when applicable) from one use mode to another.

11. WARNING: DO NOT use bedside sleeper or crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Tutti Bambini for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitutepart.

12. WARNING: Be aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the CoZee Bedside Crib.

13. WARNING: Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’sneck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.

14. WARNING: The CoZee bedside crib is designed for use only with adult beds that are between

15. 5 and 25.5 inches from floor to top of adult mattress.

16. WARNING: The CoZee bedside crib is designed to provide a sleeping area for an infant until he or she begins to push up on hands and knees or approximately 5 months of age. Move your child to another sleeping product when your child reaches this stage.

17. WARNING: The CoZee Bedside Crib cannot be used with the following bed frames: folding beds, sofa beds, guest beds, high sleeper beds, low floor beds with ledge frames, futon beds, antique beds and water beds..

WARNING – Do not use this product without reading the instructions for use first;
WARNING – Stop using the product as soon as the child can sit or kneel or pull itself up;
WARNING – Placing additional items in the product may cause suffocation;
WARNING – Do not place the product close to another product, which could present a danger of suffocation or strangulation, e.g. strings, blind/curtain cords, etc.
WARNING – Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
WARNING – all assembly fittings should always be tightened properly and that care should be taken that no screws are loose, because a child could trap parts of the body or clothing (e.g. strings, necklaces, ribbons for babies’ dummies, etc.), which would pose a risk of strangulation;
WARNING – Only use the mattress sold with this crib, do not add a second mattress on this one, suffocation hazards
