GUARD1 G1 LaserPrint Wristbands
Printing the Wristband
STEP 1
Select the transparency setting or other high heat setting for your laser
printer.
STEP 2
Put the wristband and its carrier in the envelope slot of your laser printer.
It doesn’t matter which side of the wristband is facing up or down.
STEP 3
Print the wristband. See your printing software manual for instructions.
STEP 4
Fold the carrier at the perforations and remove the wristband from the
carrier.
Applying the Wristband
STEP 1
Remove the RFID / NFC tag from the release liner and position it in one piece
of the clasp. Set aside this upper clasp piece (Step 10).
STEP 2
Pull the white adhesive backing tape to dispense one adhesive square from the
adhesive dispensing box. Remove the square by picking it up from the sides— DO
NOT touch adhesive.
STEP 3
Apply the exposed adhesive to the clasp.
STEP 4
Remove the brown release liner
STEP 5
Apply the wristband.
STEP 6
Remove a second adhesive square (see Step 1) and apply the exposed adhesive to
the wristband.
STEP 7
Remove the remaining brown release liner.
STEP 8
Apply the wristband. It should be snug but not too tight.
STEP 9
Cut off the excess wristband material.
STEP 10
Slide and lock the upper clasp by hand OR using the clasp tool.
