Gogo DASH Activations App
The Gogo DASH Activations app is a software tool designed for Gogo Dealers to associate customers and equipment to an aircraft and complete the service activations process. It provides an intuitive and streamlined experience for managing activations and delivering aircraft.

Gogo Dealer Request Activation

Log into DASH using the following link: https://dash.gogoair.com/login

In DASH, select the Activations tile.

The Gogo DASH Activations Home Screen shows a table view of the aircraft in various stages of activations with improved searching tools and account switching features to enable a more intuitive activations experience.

To begin the activations process, click Start New Activation. This will take you to an aircraft search screen where you can search by tail number or make/model/serial number to locate the aircraft for the activation request.
The aircraft will be located and shown below for confirmation. Click Confirm Aircraft. -
If there is previously installed equipment, you will see it displayed under Previously Installed Equipment. To add new equipment, type the Gogo equipment serial number and click Add Equipment.
Repeat this step for each additional piece of equipment. -
You will see the equipment has been added. Red text alerts you to associated equipment/part numbers that are required for activations.DASH Activations now displays the associated part number that is needed to complete the Activations Request.

If you’re adding Non-Gogo Swift Broadband (SBB), start by clicking the Add Non-Gogo SBB button.

Fill in the required Non-Gogo SBB equipment information. After entering in all fields including IMSI, click Add To Activation.

You will see the Non-Gogo SBB information populated on the add equipment screen.
The Confirm Equipment button will only be available when all correct associated equipment has been added to the activation request. Click Confirm Equipment to move on to the Request Activations screen. -
Provide contact information for the installer to complete the activations request. All fields are required. Please be sure to include a phone number for the installer in the Message for Gogo Activations Team field so you can be reached if there are questions. This keeps the process moving along.

Confirm the aircraft’s Expected Delivery Date. Click Request Activations after filling out the required information.

Gogo will receive the activations request, activate the Gogo equipment, and set up the dealer aircraft test account. This will generate an email to the installer whose contact information you provided in the installation contact form, confirming the equipment has been activated for test on the aircraft for which the activation was generated.
Gogo Dealer Delivering the Aircraft

Search for the aircraft to be delivered by entering the aircraft tail number or make/model/serial number in the search field. Click the tail number to bring up the Deliver Aircraft screen.
You will see the aircraft requiring delivery. -
Click Update Install Details if you need to change installer contact information or send a message to Gogo. When ready, click Update to complete the changes. These details and changes to details are synced to Gogo’s back-office systems for up-to-date information integrity.

You can now click READY TO DELIVER to deliver the aircraft and thereby transfer account ownership to the customer. You will be asked to confirm.

Verify the customer information and click CONFIRM READY TO DELIVER.
Note: C ustomer Name and Contact Information are required fields. -
You’ll land on a status page showing a summary of all the information you’ve entered. Confirm the aircraft, equipment, and customer information, and select the Delivery Date. Please note that you will be billed for all usage up to and including your stated delivery date. Some dealers choose to select the day before delivery to ensure they do not get charged for customer use. When you’re ready, click Deliver Aircraft.

Once you deliver your aircraft, Gogo will send the Subscriber Services Agreement (SSA) to our mutual customer. Our normal process is to leave all installed equipment activated for ten business days from the aircraft delivery date to allow our customers time to complete their service agreement. Gogo is in touch with the aircraft owner during this ten-day timeframe.

Delivery date can be set for today’s date, a day in the past, or a day in the future.

Delivery date cannot be set prior to the date of the Request Activation.

The delivery date can be modified up until 2359/11:59:59PM of the Delivery Date.
o Gogo service will run 12:01AM the next day and close the service activation. This step cannot be undone. Any further changes will require a new Request for Activation. -
The Expected Delivery Date is a passive data point, not associated to the actual delivery date.

Upon delivery of the aircraft in DASH Activations, the Gogo Activations team will terminate the dealer aircraft test account and start the customer billing account creation process. The process can also be initiated by doing the Ready To Deliver steps described above.

After the aircraft is delivered, the DASH Activations fleet summary screen will show the aircraft and equipment status as Delivered.

As the Delivery Date approaches, you will receive reminders that changes to the delivery date should be made immediately if needed. Go into DASH Activations and choose the tail to modify the delivery date before 2359/11:59:59PM of the delivery date.

Choose the tail from fleet view. Click Update Delivery Date and type the new delivery date. Delivery Date can be set for today’s date, a day in the past, or day in the future.
Gogo 5G Equipment Request for Activation
Gogo has added new equipment for the AVANCE L5 product line in support of 5G.
The DASH Activation’s Gogo Dealer Request Activation and Gogo Dealer
Delivering Aircraft processes have not changed. This quick reference guide
will summarize the needed equipment for the dealer to manage the three
following installation Request for Activation types.
To begin:

Log in to the DASH website dash.gogoair.com

Click the Activations tile to begin – this process applies to these three activation scenarios:
- a. Upgrade from Classic ATG to an AVANCE system
- b. Add 5G services to an existing AVANCE L5 system
- c. Completely new installation, including 5G services

On the Activations home page, click Start New Activation

Search by tail number or by make, model and serial number.

Upon finding the aircraft, click Confirm Aircraft, and you’ll be taken to the equipment screen. If the aircraft has previously installed equipment that is being replaced, Gogo’s back-office system automatically deactivates the old equipment on the aircraft once you complete the activation request for the new equipment you’re installing.

Type the serial number of the first piece of equipment you’re going to add. We recommend you start with the LRU.

The equipment you selected will now populate the added equipment section.
- a. Note red text notifying you of additional required equipment needed for this activation request.
- b. When adding an L5 LRU for 5G services you will need:
- ACM
- X3
- MB13 antenna package

8. If an L5 LRU is already installed on this aircraft but it is not LTE-enabled, you’ll see the following message in red:
This equipment cannot be added to this activation request. Please contact your Gogo Sales Account Manager for assistance.

After adding all the required equipment, the Confirm Equipment button will be available. Click Confirm Equipment and you will be taken to the Install Summary screen.

After checking the Install Details and adding dealer information, and a delivery date, click Request Activation, where you will be taken back to the fleet screen and can see the Pending Activation status associated with the tail number.
