Review your service plan options

Complete a Subscriber Service Agreement (SSA)
An SSA is required to start service on your aircraft. You will complete the SSA in Gogo DASH: Log in to DASH now. Follow the step-by-step process to select your plan and accept the terms. If you are not able to complete the SSA during your first visit, you can return to it at any time; we’ll save any information you’ve already entered.

- In DASH, the log in using your credentials.
- Click the Service Agreements tile.
- In DASH Service Agreements, you will see a list of Subscriber Service Agreements (SSAs) and the status of each SSA. In the example below, the aircraft operator has three aircraft SSAs listed.
- The aircraft operator will click the tail number of the SSA for the aircraft requiring service. This will open the contract experience.
- Click Let’s Get Started to start the SSA process.
- You will now see the Customer Profile section. Type in the Billing and Hangar Address and click Next.
- On the Aircraft Contacts section, fill in the contact information and clicks Next.
- Add additional contacts by selecting +Add Contact.
- In the Review Aircraft section, select the Market Segment associated with the aircraft, confirm the aircraft and equipment, and click Next.
- In the Services & Plans section, select plans based on the equipment installed, and select the invoicing option.
- Below is an example of the associated billing plan selections for an aircraft with an AVANCE L5 and Iridium equipment:
- In the Terms & Conditions section, you will see the Terms and Conditions.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Terms and Conditions to click Accept and Next.
- In the Approve & Activate section, confirm the Billing Address and Services and Fees selections are correct.
- Select E-Sign or Print & Sign to proceed to signing the SSA.
- If you select E-Sign, you will receive the following notification:
- Type in the phone number and click Continue.
- You will receive a welcome email with the signed agreement attached.
- If you select Print & Sign, you will receive the following notification and instructions:
- Type in your phone number and click Continue.
- Print & Sign will email the SSA to you to print, sign and email back to Gogo Customer Operations.
