Product Information

The A24 V1.1 is a 24-inch Flat Fast IPS Gaming Monitor. It is designed for gamers and provides a high-quality display for an immersive gaming experience.

Important Safety Precautions
Please ensure that all the items mentioned in the user manual are included in the package. If anything is missing, please contact the dealer. Keep all the packing materials for future transport of the product.

Installation and Connection
To ensure proper functioning, it is recommended to mount the monitor on a wall or base. Make sure to block any ventilation walls to prevent interference from electromagnetic waves. Also, ensure that the space where the monitor is placed is well-ventilated. Connect the signal line from the PC’s DP/HDMI output interfaces to the corresponding input port of the display. This monitor supports audio output through earphones and external speakers.

Operation of Display
The OSD control buttons are located on the monitor. The power indicator light will be blue when the display is working normally, blink with red color when in energy-saving mode, and turn off when the display is turned off. Use the rocker button to navigate through the menu and adjust settings.

Power Indicator Light:

• Blue: Display is working normally
• Blinking Red: Energy-saving mode
• Off: Display is turned off

Rocker Functions:

• Rocker Up/Down/Left/Right: Navigate and adjust values
• Press Rocker: Short press to open/display menu, press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the machine

Safety Protection
If the video signals from the PC exceed the frequency range of the display, the display’s synchronizing signals will be shut down to protect it. To resolve this, adjust the PC’s output frequency to an acceptable range for normal display operation.

Basic Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the display, refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

Light Out/Power Indicator Light is Off:
Check if the display and power socket are properly connected. Ensure the display is not in shutdown mode.

Image Blurring, Over-Large, Over-Small, etc.:
Enter the menu “Image Setting” and select “Auto Image Adjust” to automatically adjust the display. (For VGA models only)

Image Over Dark:
Enter the menu “Brightness and Contrast” to adjust the brightness and contrast of the display.

Display Overheat:
Leave at least 5cm of distance around the display for ventilation and avoid placing any objects on it.

• Please read all the instructions carefully before using this product.
• BE SURE TO unplug the power cord when cleaning LCD. Never clean it with liquid detergent or spraying detergent, but wipe it with wet soft cloth. elf it is stile not clean, please use special detergent for LCD.
• DO NOT use accessories not authorized by the manufacturer, other wise they may incur danger.
• When disconnecting the power cord of display or power adapter, always remember to hold the plug instead of puling the wire to unplug the power cord.
• Keep the display away from water sources such as bath tub, washbasin, sink or washing machine.DO NOT place the display on wet floor or near a swimming pool, or press LCD surface with fingers or hard objects.
• The grooves and openings on the back and bottom of the shell are for ventilation purpose and also for guaranteeing the reliability of the elements and preventing them from overheating; in order to prevent the vents from blocking; DO NOT place the display on bed, sofa, carpet or other similar surfaces; DO NOT place the display near to or on heat radiator or heater; DO NOT put the display into embedded device, unless it is provided with adequate ventilating equipment.
• Only the type of power source indicated on the nameplate applies to this display. lf you have any questions on the type of power source you use, please consult the dealer of the display or loca[ administration of power supply.
• Since there is high voltage or other risks when the shell is opened or moved, please DO NOT repair the display by yourself, but request qualified maintenance staff to carry out.
• in one of the following cases, please unplug the display or the power adapter and ask qualified maintenance staff for help:
  • The power cord or the plug is impaired or worn.
  • The display fall Is off or the shell is damaged.
  • The display is obviously abnormal.
• Please place the display in a cool, dry and well ventilated place.
• Store the display in temperature range of -10°C~60°C, beyond which the display may be damaged permanently.

Display installation

• This machine should be installed adjacent ta an easily pluggable AC power socket.
• Far the sake of safety, we suggest that suitable wall-mounted bracket base be used.
• in order ta prevent injury, this machine shall be placed on a stable and level surface ar fixed on a firm wall.
• Far wall-mounting, please ask a professional to do so. improper installation may cause instability of this machine.
• DO NOT place this machine in places with mechanical vibration.
• DO NOT place this machine in places where insects are accessible.
• DO NOT install this machine directly opposite ta air-conditioner, otherwise its inner panel may bedewed and cause failure.
• DO NOT place this machine in places with strong electromagnetic field, otherwise it may be interfered by the electromagnetic wave and get damaged.

Ventilation

• Please reserve some places indicated in the figure around the display.
• Never cover the vents or insert any object into the shell.
• D0 NOT place this machine in confined space such as book case or embedded closet, unless such space is well ventilated.

Signal line connection
Connect the signal line to output interfaces signal of DP/HDMI signals of PC, and then connect the other end of the signal line to the corresponding signal in put port of the display.

Audio output
This machine supports earphone and external speaker audio output.

Operation of Display

The OSD control buttons are shown as the figure. Models of the same product series are only different in button position and panel pattern, please refer to the practical model.

Power indicator light
When the display is working normally, the blue indicator light is on; when it is in the energy saving state, the indicator light blinks with red color; when the signals are sent again in the energy saving state, the machine will return to normal work; After the display is turnicid off ,the indicator light is off. As the display is still powered under the shutdown state, for the sake of safety, the power cord should be unplugged when the display is not used.

Safety protection

Dark/ light spots when powering on| This is a normal phenomenon. it is due to the backlight illuminates unevenly at the initial phase of powering on caused by temperature difference. The backlight can illuminates normally after 20 minutes, and then the dark/light spots will be corrected.
image distortion, blinking, shaking| Check computer setting, select the correct resolution and re-adjust the refresh frequency.
Power off noise| It is a normal phenomenon caused by display discharging in the process of powering off.

instruction of Base installation

1. Take out the base support and remove the hand screws;
2. Insert the base into the support and rotate it clockwise to place;
3. Lock the hand screw removed in step 1 into the base screw hole and tighten it;
4. Align the mounting hole of the base with the VESA hole of the machine, and lock four M4 * 8 screws.

Language Settings

1. Press the Multi-Function Power button to open the system menu.
2. Move the multi-function power button down to access the “System Set” field on the menu. Move the multi-function power button to the right to access the “Language” field. Select any language you want.
