Power the device

  1. Open the remote cover by hand and push it to separate the two halves.

Adding Device to Your Hub and Z-Wave Network for QR code

To add the device

  1. Add the device to your Z-Wave network by following the instructions of your Z-Wave controller.
  2. Once the controller is preparing to add your device, press the FIRST BUTTON(ONLY) 5 times. The LED is flashing in blue during inclusion, and it is solid green for 2 seconds after inclusion successfully. LED will be solid in red for 2 seconds after inclusion failed.

To remove the device

  1. Remove the device from Your Z-Wave controller by following the instructions.
  2. Once the controller is preparing to remove your device, press the SECOND BUTTON(ONLY) 5 times. The LED is flashing in purple during exclusion, and it is solid green for 2 seconds after exclusion successfully. LED will be solid in red for 2 seconds after exclusion failed.

Wake up the Device

  • Press the THIRD BUTTON 5 times quickly, LED will stay solid on blue when awake and will turn off when device goes back to sleep mode.

Factory reset

  • Manual: Reset: Press the FOUR BUTTON 5x, then press it 5x again when the red light is flashing.

Regarding SmartThings usage exceptions:
If the SmartThings replacement service results in abnormal use of the product, please install a new driver according to the following solutions.

  1. Scan the above QR code(left) to open the SmartThings Edge Driver subscription channel of the product.
  2. Log in to the SmartThings account after opening the SmartThings Edge Driver subscription channel.
  3. Select the SmartThings Hub you are using, and click “Enroll”.
  4. After “Enroll” is completed, click “Available Drivers”.
  5. After entering the “Available Drivers” page, select “Z-Wave Button” to “Install”.

Configuration Parameter:

  • Parameter 1 indicates battery report threshold %. Use it to set battery levels for battery reports.
    • size=1 byte Available range : 1-20
    • (DEFAULT): 10%
  • Parameter 2 indicates the low battery alarm report. Use it to set battery levels for low battery reports.
    • size=1 byte Available range : 5%-20%
    • (DEFAULT) : 5%
  • Parameter 3 LED indicates Indicator Color for the First button of remote control (Scene 1 activation).
  • Choose the LED indicator color for the First button of remote control triggers.
    • size=1 byte Available settings: 0–6
    • Value=0 White
    • Value=1 Purple
    • Value=2 Orange
    • Value=3 Cyan
    • (DEFAULT) : 0
    • Value=4 Red
    • Value=5 Green
    • Value=6 Blue
