Product Information

This user manual provides information and instructions for the use and care of resin, plastic, and wood outdoor furniture. It includes guidelines for assembly, ongoing maintenance, storage, and cleaning instructions for different materials.

Assembly/Arrival

1. Inspect the shipment for damage before signing the bill of lading. Report any damages to your authorized retailer within 5 days of receipt.
2. Assembly, if applicable, should be done by a qualified adult using the provided instructions.

Ongoing Maintenance

1. Inspect products for damage before use.
2. Follow cleaning instructions for the applicable material.
3. If cushions are removable, ensure they are fully reassembled and securely attached before use.
4. Clean up bird droppings, mold, mildew, pollen, dirt, and dust as quickly as possible.
5. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Storage

1. Follow the product’s instructions for the maximum stacking quantity, if applicable.
2. Store cushions in a cool, dry place when not in use.
3. Cover any outdoor furniture during inclement weather.
4. When storing outdoor furniture long-term, cover it or move it to an enclosed area.

Product Cleaning Instructions

Plastic/Resin

1. Clean with mild soap or detergent and a clean, dry cloth.
2. Recommended Cleaners: Noble Lemon Lance (147LMNLANRQT) and Noble AllSurf (147ALLSURF1G).
3. Ensure the product is fully dry after cleaning before use.

Sling Chaise Fabric

1. Remove dirt and dust using a vacuum.
2. For stains, use mild soap/detergent and warm water with a cloth or soft brush.
3. Recommended Detergent: Noble Detergent (147DTRGT22HG).

Wood Materials

1. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or products.
2. Clean with a mild soap and damp cloth and dry with a dry cloth.
3. Recommended Cleaners: Noble Sunbright (999SUNBRIGHT) and Noble LusterPlus (148LUSTER+) for deep cleaning.
4. If using a new soap or cleaner, test it on an inconspicuous area first.
5. Ensure the wood is fully dry after cleaning before use to prevent warping or damage to the finish.

Caution

1. Outdoor furniture should only be placed on a stable and level surface. Do not use if the product is not level.
2. Do not use if parts are broken or missing.
3. Always follow cleaning and maintenance instructions.
