CHARGING YOUR RETRO CUBE SPEAKER
Charge speaker with the included USB charging cable. Plug the micro end into the 5V input charging port on the bottom of the speaker and the other end into a powered USB port like on a computer. You may use a USB AC adapter that is available to charge your speaker.
PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure your speaker is fully charged. Before pairing, press the multifunction button for 3 seconds, the blue light will flash when powered on. Open Bluetooth° settings on the device that needs to be paired, choose “MERKURY S304B” to pair. The speaker will emit a tone when pairing is successful.
RETRO CUBE SPEAKER OPERATION
Press + button to increase the volume or press and hold the + button to skip
to the next track. Press – button to lower the volume or press and hold the –
button to go to the previous track. To turn the speaker off, hold and press
the multifunction button for 3 seconds and the blue light will turn off to
indicate the power is off.
RECEIVING CALLS ON YOUR RETRO CUBE SPEAKER
While paired, to receive an incoming call press the multifunction button to
accept the call. Press the button again to end the call.
USING THE AUX PORT ON YOUR RETRO CUBE SPEAKER
Make sure your speaker is fully charged. Power on the speaker, connect the
external audio device to the speaker via an AUX cable, and start playing your
external audio through your Retro Cube Speaker. If AUX and TF are not
connected after startup, Bluetooth will be automatically connected. If AUX and
TF are connected, AUX will play first.
RETRO CUBE SPEAKER LED LIGHT EFFECTS
While the speaker is powered on, press the LED mode button to choose the
various LED Light effects. There are 5 LED modes to choose from. Pressing the
LED Light Mode button will cycle through the various LED lighting effects
available or turn the LED lights off completely.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Auto-pairing fails: Delete “MERKURY S304B” from your Bluetooth’ device list.
Turn off the speaker and then restart and follow the pairing instructions
listed in the user manual to pair your device again.
