Important

• If you need to remove the Micro SD card, please do so when the devide is powered off, otherwise it will damage or cause product abnormalities; Please only use the items delivered in this package to install the device.
• Please do not dismantle the product by yourself. For more information and assistance, or if you have a problem with the product, please contact retail outlet where you purchased the product or the after-service center.
• Please avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight exposure when operating product outdoors.

Installation instructions

Micro SD card installation guide Insert the Micro SD memory card

Push in the Micro SD card as shown in the picture until the card is inserted in the slot.

Remove the Micro SD card

• Push to eject the Micro SD card out of the slot.
  • Memory card use: Please confirm the insertion direction of the Micro SD card. If the direction is incorrect, it may damage the unit and the
  • Micro SD card: Please use a high- speed Micro SD card with a C10 logo that meets the SDHC specifications.
• For this product, please use a genuine Micro SD card with the C10 logo. A memory card within 16GB- 128GB is recommended.
  • Note: be sure to fromat Micro SDcard before use

Installation guide

1. Clean the installation location to ensure that the holder can be  firmly paste
2. Tear off the film from the detachable adhesive base and fix the device in the proper installation location
3. Rotate the lens to adjust the angle and make sure the view is parallelto horizon.
4. Wiring advice: wire cable along top window – A pillar – storage box like right picture
5. Use original power cable and connect Micro USB to device, and insert power adaptor to vehicle’s cigar lighter slot.

Once the device is installed and connected to the power supply, it will automatically turn on and begin recording. The working light indicator will be on, indicating that it has entered a normal working state.

Note: When entering menu page, device will stop recording.

Main Function

Stop and Go reminder

• Built in with advanced algorithm, the device will identify front car startup and remind you when you are in traffic jam or waiting at traffic lights.

Collision detection

• When detecting collision during driving. the device will automatically lock the video and save to emergency folder. Detection sensitivity can be adjusted to low, medium and high level.
  • Note: To prevent them from being overwritten, please backup important locked files.
  • Note: Formatting the memory card will delete the locked file, please backup the locked file to a memory card on a regular basis.

Driver fatigue alert

• The device will identify driver’s fatigue status and provide voice reminder by device internal algorithm.

Parking mode

• The device will automatically start recording when detecting external collision.
• Time lapse recording mode
• The device will start time lapse recording mode when the engine is off.
• Note: parking mode and time lapse recording mode requires hardwire kit support. Please select a hardwire kit with low-voltage detection and voltage conversion.

• The above functions are for driving warnings or alerts only and cannot replace the driver’s judgement or operation, nor can they exclude the occurrence of accidents or infringements, so please always drive carefully.

Voice control
You may operate the device with following voice commands
Note: Please switch on the microphone, and disconnect the APP when you want to use the voice control function. This function only supports English language

1. Take photo

Smart voice indications:
This product can support smart voice indications: This function only supports Chinese language.

1. You have been driving for 1/2/4 hour(s), please take a rest. (Please note that the alert duration time is set in the APP menu)
2. Please format the memory card
3. Video evidence locked
4. Please insert a memory card
5. Please replace the memory card
6. Please connect the APP to update the time
7. A photo was taken

10. Please turn on automotive lighting

Firmware upgrade
Once the device is connected to the APP. go to Device Settings to check if a new firmware version is available. If so, click to confirm the automatic update, and do not disconnect the APP during the firmware update process.

APP information

To download the app, please search “GoSure Safe” in Apple’s  App store or the Google PlayStore.

Turn on the device, open the APP, click “Connect device” on the APP device page, and the App will automatically search for the device’s Wi-Fi. Select “GoSure5101- Serial Number” in the Wi-Fi list to connect. (Default password: 12345678)
Special Note:
The APP is from third party. The user shall use the APP reasonably. in accordance with the agreement between the user and the app provider. Any problems related to the APP can be solved by contacting the APP provider.

Special Note: The device must be in a normal working state, otherwise it can be result in image damage or loss in the following situations:

1. Pulling out the Micro SD card during recording may cause damage or loss of video files;
2. An impact on the machine during the recording process may cause damage or lose the recorded video file:
3. Repeated impacts during the recording process will loosen the memory card, which may damage or lose the video file;
4. The recorded video is for reference only, and Lumileds does not assume any responsibility for any bad files or loss of data due to any abnormal operation of the machine.

FAQ

Cannot loop recording

Cause: Check if the memory card is full Solution: Format tl1e memory card

Note: back up important videos or pictures before formatting

Pic ture stuck

| Cause: Tl1e Micro SD card does not lit

Solution: Check whether the Micro SD card uses a ClasslO higl1-speed card, and tl1at tl1e capacity is not less than 16GB

Cannot take pic tures or videos

| Cause: Check that the memory card has enough space Solution: Format tl1e memory card

Note: Before formatting, please back up important videos

The device automatically stops recording|

HD video requires a large amount of data, so please use a high-speed Mi cro SD card compatible with the SDHC, which will have ClO logo
