Product Information
The Autolock for Sectional Doors is a device that provides automatic locking and unlocking functionality for sectional doors. It is designed to enhance the security and convenience of door operation. Product Usage Instructions
Manual Lock Operation
To manually operate the lock:
- Check the lock position status on the LED display. The status will be shown for 10 seconds after lock movement or button press.
- If the Auto-lock LED’s red and green lights flash 3 times or are flashing slowly, it indicates low battery. Replace the lock batteries (2 x C-LR 14) immediately.
- To replace the batteries, unscrew the four screws on the main cover to remove it.
- Replace the batteries with two new C-LR 14 batteries.
- Refit the cover and secure it with the screws.
Disengaging the Auto lock
To disengage the Auto lock and open the door manually:
- Press the emergency lock/unlock button on the front of the Auto-Lock. This will disengage the locking bolt from the guide track.
- You can now manually open the door.
- WARNING: The emergency lock/unlock button should only be used in case of power outage or emergency and not as a primary means of locking the door under normal circumstances.

The emergency lock/unlock button is to be used only in case of power outage or
emergency.
Smart Phone Control (Optional)
The Smart Phone Control works via your home’s WiFi network. Initial set up
involves linking your phone app and smart opener to your home network.
If you have the optional Smart Phone Control feature, follow these steps to set it up:
- Download the B&D App on your smartphone.
- Remove the controls cover on the opener to access the buttons.
- Ensure that your WiFi router is within range of the opener.
- Open the App and click “Get Started”.
- Follow the on-screen setup instructions provided by the App.
- Once the setup is complete, refit the controls cover and test the opener operation through the App.
- When connected, you can view the operation of your Autolock and receive notifications from the App when issues arise.
Troubleshooting

to opener, then switch it back on after 30 seconds. If a battery backup is
installed, press and hold the STOP/SET button on the opener until power
ceases. Press the lock/unlock button on the lock to test operation. If it does
not move, contact customer support.
Red and green lights on one lock flashing slowly| Error with lock| Press the
unlock button on the lock to test operation. If it
does not move, contact customer support.
Red and green lights flashing alternatively| Low battery or no link to opener|
Change battery. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

- Replace batteries and refit cover and secure with screws.
- Test the Auto-lock operation by using the opener to open and close the door.

Autolock is located in a very dirty / dusty environment, be sure to vacuum any
residue from the lock and bolt before continuing use.
WARNING: Do not use water, benzene or alcohol when cleaning the product,
as these fluids can cause product malfunction.
