Button Functions
Button | Function |

In normal mode, press this button to light the LCD. Pressing
again will turn off the backlight, or the backlight will last for
15 seconds. -
When in temperature set mode, press it to increase the
temperature value. -
When in timer setting mode, press it to increase the value of
the countdown time.
Probe Setting|

In cook mode, press this button once to enter the alarm
temperature setting of probe 1. -
Press the button to increase the value or press the button to
decrease the value. -
Press the button again to confirm the probe 1 setting and enter
the alarm temperature setting of probe 2. -
Use the same way to adjust the temperature value.

Press the mode button again to confirm.
Switch Functions

Installing Batteries
- Open the battery compartment cover located at the back by pushing the elastic clasp.
- Install two AAA batteries according to the polarity sign shown in the battery compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover back in place.
How to Use the Unit
- Take off the protective film on the front panel.
- Turn on the unit by sliding the rear slide switch ON/OFF to the left, which is under the built-in stand.
- Plug the probe into the socket of probes and probe 2 respectively, and the LCD will display the temperature of probe 1and probe 2 immediately.
How to Set the Temperature Alarm
- Probe 1 setting:
- Press the button once to enter the alarm temperature setting of probe 1.
- Press the button to increase the value or press the button to decrease the value.
- Press the button again to confirm the value setting and enter the alarm temperature setting of probe 2.
- Probe 2 setting:
- Press the button twice to enter the alarm temperature setting of probe 2.
- Press the button to increase the value or press the button to decrease the value.
- Press the button again to confirm the value set.
- When the measured temperature reaches the preset temperature, the unit will alert sound and also flash the alarm icon.
- The alarm sound will last for one minute until the temperature falls below the preset temperature or somebody presses a button.
- The alarm icon will flash all the time until the temperature falls below the preset temperature.
How to Use the Timer
- Select the timer mode by sliding the rear slide switch COOK/TIMER to the left, which is under the built-in stand.
- Press the button to enter the setting mode of the timer:
- The digit of the hour flashes, press the button to increase thevalue of the hour, and press the button to decrease the value ofthe hour.
- Press the button again to enter the setting mode of minute,press the button to increase the value of a minute, and press the button to decrease the value of a minute.
- Press the button again to confirm the countdown time setting, and the maximum timer value is 99 hours 59 minutes.

BUTTON FUNCTION
INSTALLING BATTERIES
- Open the battery compartment cover located at the back by pushing the elastic clasp.
- Install two “AAA” batteries according to the polarity sign shown in the battery compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover back in place.
HOW TO USE THE UNIT

- Select the timer mode by sliding the rear slide switch “COOK/TIMER” to the left. Which is under the built-in stand.
- Press the button to enter the setting mode of the timer: The digit of the hour flashes, press the button to increase the value of the hour, and press the button to decrease the value of the hour. Press the button again to enter the setting modeof minute, press the button to increase the value of a minute, and press the button to decrease the value of a minute. Press the button again to confirm the countdown time setting, and the maximum timer value is 99 hours 59 minutes.
- 3. After setting the countdown timer, to start the countdown, press the button . The “:” between hours and minutes will flash to indicate that the timer is on.
- When the preset time is up, the unit will alert sound and the timer digit will flash. Press the button to stop the alarm or it will alert sound for 60 seconds.
- To reset the timer, press and hold the button and the button simultaneously
HOW TO COOK
Ensure the wire is connected to the unit and then insert the stainless steel
probe into the food to be cooked. ATTENTION: For an accurate reading of the
internal temperature, insert the probe at least 1.25 inches (3 cm) into the
middle of the thicker part of the meat. Make sure the probe is away from any
bones and is enclosed inside the meat (do not let the probe pass through the
meat).Once the probe is inserted, the actual meat temperature will be
displayed on the LCD below probe 1 or probe 2 and will increase gradually
during cooking. The alarm will automatically beep when the probe temperature
reaches the preset temperature (TEMP SET), indicating the meat is cooked to
the desired doneness. The alarm will stop after beeping for 1 minute or
somebody presses the button, but the alarm icon will keep flashing until the
temperature falls below the preset temperature.

REPLACE BATTERY
When the LCD of the unit appears low battery icon, please replace the battery as the following step:
- Open the battery compartment cover located at the back by pushing the elastic clasp.
- Take off the used batteries and install two new AAA batteries according to the polarity sign shown in the battery compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover back in place.
Troubleshooting
Displays “LLL”| The probe is not inserted or the measured temperature is lower
than its measuring range.

temperature is higher than its measuring range.
Displays screen not working| Make sure the battery is installed correctly. The
battery may need to be replaced.

Care & Maintenance
- Do not disassemble the product, as product damage may result.
- Do not wash or expose the product to water or other liquids.
- Clean the product by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not drop the product or subject it to sudden shock or impact.
- The probe is only waterproof for the part of the steel tube, do not immerse the wire or the plug in water.
