Product Usage Instructions
Operation
- Position the juicer on a flat, dry countertop.
- Press down on the base to allow the suction cups to hold the juicer securely to the counter.
- Lock the bowl and straining funnel in place by aligning the notches on the bottom of each with the base and twisting to lock.
- Place a container underneath the funnel to collect the juice.
- Halve the fruit and place it on the reamer.
- Hold the fruit in place until the push block is in contact with it. Remove your hand before applying downward pressure.
- Press down on the handle to extract juice.
- Release the handle, and the juicer will return to the upright position.
Cleaning
- Remove the reamer and strainer bowl from the base.
- Wash them with mild soap and warm water.
- Wipe the juicer with a damp soft cloth and sanitize it using an appropriate sanitizer.
- Allow the parts to dry and reassemble the juicer.
Safety Spring Replacement
(For Safety Spring Replacement Kit: 181SPRGMCJ2)
- Hold the handle in the upright position.
- Using an Allen wrench, remove the screw from the knurled nut hat connected to the top of the safety spring shaft.
- Remove the knurled nut hat and then take out the old safety spring from the shaft.
- Place the new safety spring into the shaft.
- Reconnect the knurled nut hat to the top of the shaft using the screw and the Allen wrench.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Safety:
- This juicer should only be operated by trained individuals. Be sure to read the operation and cleaning guide before using.
- CAUTION: KEEP HANDS CLEAR OF JUICING FUNNEL WHEN IN USE TO AVOID RISK OF INJURY!
OPERATION
- Position the juicer on a flat, dry countertop.
- Press down on the base so that the suction cups hold the juicer to the counter.
- Lock the bowl and straining funnel in place. There are notches on the bottom of each which can be inserted into the base and twisted to lock in place.
- Place a container underneath the funnel to receive the juice.
- Place halved fruit on reamer and hold in place until the push block is in contact with the fruit.
- REMOVE HAND BEFORE APPLYING DOWNWARD PRESSURE.
- Press the handle down to extract juice.
- Release handle and juicer will return to the upright postition.
USE CAUTION WHEN CLEANING
- Remove reamer and strainer bowl from base.
- Wash with mild soap (such as Noble Chemical’s 147SUNBRIGHT) and warm water.
- Wipe the juicer with damp soft cloth and sanitizer (such as Noble Chemical’s 147QUIKSAN).
- Allow parts to dry and reassemble.
REPLACING THE SAFETY SPRING
- Hold the handle in the upright position. Using an Allen wrench, remove the screw from the knurled nut hat that is connected to the top of the safety spring shaft.
- Remove the knurled nut hat, and then remove the safety spring from the shaft.
- Place the new safety spring in the shaft.
- Reconnect the knurled nut hat to the top of the shaft using the screw and the Allen wrench.
