Product Usage Instructions

  1. Open the phone by flipping it open.
  2. Insert the physical SIM card(s) into the designated slots.
  3. If your phone has an eSIM option, contact your service provider for details on activating and using the electronic SIM card.
  4. Power on the phone.
  5. To view specific absorption rate (SAR) values, swipe up from the home screen and tap Settings > Regulatory labels. Alternatively, dial *#07# from your phone’s dialpad or visit  www.motorola.com/sar.
  6. Ensure that you do not attempt to modify or disassemble the phone.
  7. To protect the touchscreen, do not remove the screen protector attached to the phone. Using a screen protector thicker than 0.5mm may reduce touchscreen sensitivity.
  8. For legal information, safety guidelines, and regulatory information, swipe up from the home screen and tap Settings > Legal information. Alternatively, visit  www.motorola.com/device-legal.
  9. If your phone becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power button until the screen goes dark and your phone restarts.
  10. Charge your phone using a compatible Motorola charger. The use of other chargers is not recommended and may impair charging speed or cause product damage. Refer to the Legal Information section or visit www.motorola.com/device-legal for applicable standards and more information.
  11. Take advantage of additional warranty coverage and features like accidental damage protection by visiting motorola.com/motocare to extend your warranty with Moto Care.

Water repellent. Your phone is not waterproof. For more about your phone’s water-repellent design and care, swipe up and tap Settings > Help.
Battery safety. To prevent possible burning and injury, the battery in your phone should only be removed by a Motorola-approved service center or similar skilled personnel.

Warning about high volume usage. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. When your headset volume reaches the high volume threshold, a warning shows. Tap OK to dismiss it, or wait one to five seconds, then press the Volume Up button to dismiss the alert and enable the volume to continue to be adjusted.
