Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Deck Bath Mixer, refer to The following troubleshooting tips:

Mixer Drips After Being Turned Off

  1. Draining: Due to the design of some mixer spouts, water may be held and drip until emptied.
  2. Debris Inside the Valve: Remove the valve and flush it under running water while turning the spindle.

Poor Water Flow

  1. Insufficient Water Pressure: Increase water pressure, possibly by installing a pump.
  2. System Pressure: Ensure the system pressure meets the minimum requirement pre-installation.
  3. Blockage: Check if water is reaching the mixer and inspect the valve, mixer tails, and supply pipes for any blockages.
  4. Isolation Valves: Ensure that the isolation valves are fully opened.

Water Not Mixing

  1. Hot and Cold Supplies: Balance the pressures of the hot and cold supplies by increasing or decreasing pressures (always maintain the minimum pressure requirement).
  2. Blockage: Check if water is reaching the mixer and inspect the valve, mixer tails, and supply pipes for any blockages.

Mixer Not Diverting Correctly (If a Lift and Drop Type Diverter)

  1. Insufficient Water Pressure: Increase water pressure, possibly by installing a pump.
  2. System Pressure: Ensure the system pressure meets the minimum requirement pre-installation.
  3. Your Mixer may be a Twist and Lock Diverter: Lift the handle, pull, and twist to lock it into position.

Maintenance
Note: Ensure to turn off the water supply to the mixer prior to any maintenance.

Note: The design of valve removal may vary. Please refer to the user manual for specific instructions.
