Product Information
The freestanding bath is a bathroom product that is designed to provide an extraordinary bathing experience. It comes in both modern and traditional styles and is accompanied by fixtures, fittings, and furniture to match. The product is not designed to take weight on the rim and should not be sat or stood on.
General Instructions
The freestanding bath requires two-person assembly and should be installed by professional tradespeople. The product comes with feet set at 3mm above the floor. The installation process requires tools such as a spirit level, wrench, tape, marking pencil, and silicone gun. Before drilling, always check for pipes and cables. Flexible connector and waste trap are not supplied with the product.
Receiving and Protecting Your Bath
After receiving your bath, please unpack and remove all covering, checking
whether there is any damage. Repack the bath if it is not being immediately
installed. It will be rejected any
claim for damage if not notified in a timely manner. Before commencing
installation, ensure the bath is completely protected, leave covering in place
until the bathroom is complete. Scratches and damage incurred during
installation are not covered by the warranty.
Installation
Apply silicone around the base surrounding of the bath before installing. Do not use the bath within 24 hours to let the silicone fully cure. Water test your bath prior to enclosing to ensure it drains correctly as no claims for non-draining baths will be valid after enclosing or tiling has been done; Water test overflow pipe and waste to ensure they are not leaking. The pre- fitted waste has NOT yet been fully installed. Please use a qualified installer to secure it to the bath to avoid any water leaking. Before use please test the bath to ensure the waste has been properly installed.
Troubleshooting
Marks found on the surface could be wiped off with a wet cloth and toothpaste.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance and cleaning of the freestanding bath are required. Water testing should be done periodically to ensure it drains correctly. Scratches and damage incurred during cleaning are not covered by the warranty.

Receive Your Bath
Unpack and check for damage.
After receiving your bath, please unpack and remove all covering, checking
whether there is any damage. Repack the bath if it is not being immediately

Installation Instructions
- Step 1: Adjust the bath feet until the bath base is 3mm above the floor; This can be done by turning the feet bars accordingly; Then use wrench to tighten the nuts on the bars. See figure 1
- Step 2: Mark the floor with the outline of the bath, at the final installation position with the marking pencil.
- Step 3: Carefully tilt the bath on its side and use flexible connector to connect the waste outlet to the trap as illustrated on figure2.
- Step 4: Position the bath on the floor marking as marked on step 2, make sure that flexible connector is not kinked upward on installation as this will result in drainage issue

Maintenance & Cleaning
- To preserve the polished surface, after using your bath, clean with soft cloth and warm soapy water to wash away any body oils or soap residue that forms a ring tide mark.
- Do not use powders, pastes, crème cleaners, thinners, window cleaning sprays or dry cleaning liquid, etc.
- When coloured essentials oils are used, first test that the colour won’t stain your bath. Always add oils into a bath full of water. Never pour them into an empty bath.

The pre-fitted waste has NOT yet been fully installed. Please use a qualified
installer to secure it to the bath to avoid any water leaking. Before use
please test the bath to ensure the waste has been properly installed.

Installation
- Step 1
- Ensure the bath is on a soft surface to protect against scratches.
- Place the bars onto the bath, along with the washers and nuts as shown below, do not tighten at this stage to allow for adjustment, taking care not to damage the newly painted surface.
- Step 2
- Position the feet onto the bars and secure using the nuts and bolts provided.
- Adjust the position of the feet to align with the bath.
- Tighten all of the nuts so that the feet are secured to the bar and the bars are secured to the bath.
Troubleshooting
Movement in the feet after assembly Please check the feet are assembled
properly, make sure fastener washers and washers are placed correctly.
Maintenance & Cleaning
- Marks on the painted surface should be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth and dried.
- Marks on the inside of the bath, should be cleaned using a soft damp cloth, for more stubborn marks, toothpaste can be applied and then rinsed thoroughly.
- No harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials can be used on any surface.
- If using coloured oils/creams, carry out a test on small area prior to use to ensure that these will not cause staining.
- Never pour coloured oils/creams directly into an empty bath, always apply them into the bath water.
! Warning
Pay attention to below points if the bath is designed with tap deck.
- The tap holes are not pre-drilled on the deck, drill holes according to your need.
- Check and silicone the tap holes to make sure they are solid after drilling.
- Check and make sure that there is no water leakage at the faucet.
